About the property

3 separate twin bedrooms, 2 baths (one en-suite, one shower room) conservatory

Thank you for looking at our fantastic property in Alpe d’Huez.

We are an British Family with 2 young children who enjoy living in the French Alps. This is our private family apartment which we rent for some weeks of the year. We are not a business. The apartment is in a quiet private residence, ideal for families and groups who appreciate good quality, clean accommodation. If you are looking to sample to local nightclubs this is unfortunately this is not the place for you. If you and your group consist of non-smoking, trustworthy, responsible people who promise to take care of our apartment then continue reading.

We have renovated the apartment making it spacious, modern and light.

It comprises of an open plan kitchen, dining, lounge area. There is also an enclosed conservatory(not heated but south facing) with extra seating, ideal for the afternoon sunshine.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

There is a widescreen tv with digital channels and free wi-fi.

There are 3 separate twin bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

•Bedroom one generous size, twin beds, walk-in wardrobe, ensuite including bath, shower & wc

•Bedroom two standard twin with storage

•Bedroom three small twin with limited storage

Skiers have an enclosed cupboard in the entrance hall of the apartment which includes a ski rack and a boot/glove warmer. No rushing to the crowded ski lockers!

The property is situated in the Old Town (Viel Alpe) directly on the Tour de France route resort map reference B7. In the heart of the Old Town you will find the Tourist Office, small supermarket, ski/snowboard shops and some great restaurants and bars, all within walking distance of 200m.

The closest ski lift (150m) is the Grand Sure chairlift, also known as the secret lift taking you directly to 2115m it is situated by the red sign VIEL ALPE map reference B6.The closest (100m)free resort shuttle is the bus stop Heliotropes It is not possible to ski from the front door, but you can be on the first chairlift within 5 minutes.

Snow permitting you can ski back to the bottom of the Grand Sure lift.

The residence has a lift and outside parking. Possibility of use of our garage on request

In the heart of the Old Town you will find ski and cycle shops, tourist office, lift pass office, ski school reservations, some great restaurants and bars all within walking distance 200m.

Très bel appartement bien agencé et propre avec grande loggia

Appartement situé dans quartier Vieil Alpe en face du Signal, résidence calme, appartement bien décoré et propre, équipé (manquent les appareils à raclette et fondue toutefois) et propriétaire très disponible. Recommandé pour un bon séjour, seul bémol impossible de rentrer par le garage, obligé de faire le tour pour rentrer par la passerelle de l entrée.Seule la sortie par le garage est possible
