The property is set in magnificent gardens overlooking its own private (10m x 5m) pool. It is situated just 25mins from Alicante airport. The property comprises 3 large bedrooms, 1 shower room & 1 bathroom with a fully equipped kitchen complete with twice filtered water via American Fridge, dining area, lounge with cable TV, DVD player & WiFi. Outside there is a patio with table, chairs and BBQ on the 1st floor is the master bedroom and a private solarium with sun loungers. The villa is a 6 minute drive from a picturesque sandy blue flag beach with free parking, bars and restaurants.

About Victoria Dickinson

We are Andrew and Lynda Stead, we first bought a property in Spain around 15 years ago, this is our third Spanish property and the 6th we have bought overseas. Andrew is a retired Chartered Accountant and Property Developer. We enjoy travelling and have a home in England and Cape Town. We are increasingly spending less time in Spain so have decided to open our villa to visitors. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do.

The accommodation is over 2 floors. However the property is elevated from the road level so there are exterior steps to access the villa and further interior stairs are to access the first floor bedroom and bathroom.All windows are double glazed and shuttered.Unfortunately we do not accept pets and the house is strictly non smoking. Outside: There is a private (10m x 5m) pool for the exclusive use of the guests, two sides of the pool has non slip paver for the safety of visitors when leaving the pool. This area also has a table and four chairs together with six sun loungers with cushions.The upper terrace has a table and four chairs with a gas BBQ for the use of guests. All set amongst a beautiful Spanish garden. The villa is set in a plot of 500 square metres, all surrounding areas are well lit and we consider it to be a very safe location. Utility Room: Situated on the first floor with a washing machine (It is next to the solarium with drying facilities) Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The property will be cleaned upon departure. Linen, Pool, Bath & Hand towels are provided. Bed sheets and towels will get changed if bookings are over 2 weeks.

Fabulous for a family holiday!

Villa was perfect! Accommodation was ideal for our family. The kids especially enjoyed the pool area while the upstairs balcony allowed me a little peace! Owners were very helpful - the barbecue had not been cleaned properly by previous guests so Andrew came straight round and sorted it!

Ideal, central location. Lots of places to eat and drink within walking distance as well as a supermarket. Easy access to quick roads that take you all over this beautiful area.

Lovely villa, fantastic location

Myself and four friends stayed in this villa for 5 nights during June 2017, the villa was really nice, very spacious and clean with everything we needed. The pool was the best pool we have had in Spain and was quite large and lovely and warm. Dawn was very helpful and sent her husband round to help us get the BBQ working. The villa is 5 minutes walk from a large supermarket and lots of bars and restaurants, also the twice weekly market is around 15 minutes walk away, so great location. Overall very impressed and would return again.

Dream villa

We stayed here for 10 nights We've also stayed at many villas in la marina urb even down on oasis

This villa far the best we've had we had a mixed age group with us and it satisfied us all centrally located no need for a car unless you want to see the surrounding area

Every thing that is stated on the advert is a 100¬curate even down to the key holder dawn that will do anything to help you while on holiday

We e mailed Victoria back and forth as she manages this beautifully furnished villa for her parents who we were lucky to meet as they live on the urb and nothing I mean nothing was a bother for them on any thing you want doing while you holiday in their villa truly a beautiful villa to rent if you get in fast and book as we will be thank you victoria

Beautiful Villa with fabulous pool!

Our family of 5, 3 adults and two children aged 7 and 13 stayed in this beautiful villa for a glorious two weeks and couldn't have been happier with the place! We knew as soon as we pulled up outside that we'd chosen well and we were right! Spotlessly clean with a lovely feel from the moment you walk in. Superb bathrooms, well stocked modern kitchen, big airy bedrooms with masses of space! The pool was fantastic and the best we have had in many Villas so far!! The property is situated far enough away to be extremely peaceful all day and night with only the odd car passing by but within an easy 5-6 minutes stroll to the Consum square with a big supermarket and various restaurant's. We loved it so much we had already decided to return next year only a few days into our holiday! 5 out of 5 from us!!!

Excellent modernisd Villa in superb location

In line with a previous reviewer, this is the 4th large villa we have rented on the Urb and it is by far the best. Modernised to a very high standard with excellent outdoor space. Must mention the bathrooms which were superb, along with the beautiful lounge and large independent kitchen. Lovely sitting terrace with canopy and beautiful large swimming pool with plenty sunbathing areas. Location just as we wanted within a couple of minutes walk to the Consum Area with it's large selection of bars and restaurants. Best bar there is the Final Whistle. The two equally best restaurants; the Italian at street level and Kumars Indian in the square. Large well equipped supermarket also in the square. If your'e sunbathing all week you certainly don't need a car!

Car: recommended


Six minutes drive to miles of unspoilt sandy beaches with blue flag awards. In the summer life guards are are on duty during the day and extra refreshment kiosks are set up along the beach. Just off the beach are picnic areas offering shade under the trees. There are also excellent beaches at Guardamar (10 mins drive) and Santa Pola (15 mins drive offering promenades, a selection of cafes, restaurants and shops. Guardamar has a fabulous night market in the summer months.


Alicante airport is just 25 minutes drive from the property and Murcia airport, (San Javier) is a 50 minute drive. Car hire is recommended for you to thoroughly enjoy your stay, although not essential as there are taxis available and La Marina does have bus services around the urbanization and to the local towns. There are also local coach companies offering day trips to Benidorm, Murcia and Cartagena. (Dares Coaches details are always advertised in the local papers).


Alicante is a vibrant city 40 minutes north and Torrevieja is located 30 minutes south. Both offer an array of shopping opportunities with beaches, promenades and marinas. Guardamar is the closest town just 10 minutes away by car and offers a vibrant promenade with cafes overlooking the beach. Elche the Valencian region's third largest city is 15 minutes inland and is famous for its palm trees and shoe factories

Further Details:

La Marina urbanization offers everything the holiday maker could require. Banks, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants as well as a variety of local shops, which are located on three commercial areas around the development. During the summer months bars often offer entertainment. However, if you are seeking a quiet life then a glass of wine and a good book on your own terrace over looking your private pool and gardens is an option. Local towns offer a market every day of the week supplying everything from fruit and vegetables to household goods and clothes. We have English speaking medical facilities, dentists and a pharmacy should the unexpected happen. We also have our own police station and ambulance service. There is also a very good tourist office. We provide a visitors guide in the property showing the locations of all the local facilities, with contact telephone numbers for restaurants and maps of local towns. There are three local hire car companies if you wish to be mobile for a few days as well as taxi services and local buses.

Booking Notes:
A £200.00 deposit (non returnable) is payable at the time of booking per week booked. The balance is due 10 weeks before departure, unless the booking is made in a shorter time scale, in which case the full amount is due on booking. An additional £200.00 security deposit is also required with the final payment. This covers any breakages or damage and the balance will be refunded upon your return minus any costs incurred.

Changeover Day:
This is flexible subject to availability! However we request you vacate by 10:30am to allow for cleaning. You will be met by our agents between 7.30am and 8.30pm, arrival/departure outside these times are by arrangement.

Notes on prices:
Prices are non negotiable unless Bookings are over 1 month.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
