Luxury 4 bedroom street level penthouse apartment, furnished to a very high standard with fantastic views over the 15th hole and the Mediterranean Sea. This spacious apartment is situated in a secure gated community of San Roque Golf Resort. San Roque Club offers a wide range of facilities including two 18 hole championship golf courses, a large swimming pool and children's pool, equestrian centre, tennis, paddle tennis, a walking and cycle track. Nearby (10-45mins) are beaches, water park, zoo, stunning mountains.

Relaxing break in fantastic accommodation

We had a week here with our teenage children and everyone had a fantastic break, there was plenty of room for us all without feeling that we were all piled into a tiny apartment and the outside living space was a bonus and the views were outstanding and a perfect setting for making use of the BBQ.

The penthouse was even better than described on the website, the quality of furnishings etc was very high and this did not feel like a holiday villa at all, more like a home away from home. It was equipped to a very high standard and items such as dishwasher tablets and washing powder were supplied as well as tea, coffee etc to get you started.

The golf resort itself was very quiet and the setting extremely peaceful without being too far from necessary amenities. There were a couple of restaurants and a cafe onsite which were very good, as well as a supermarket which had a wide selection of goods should you wish to use the kitchen facilities or BBQ at the penthouse. There are several swimming pools which we used, again maintained to a high standard and very peaceful.

Within a short distance you have access to many day trips and shopping opportunities, a highlight for us was a dolphin spotting boat trip that we took from Gibraltar and a tour that we did as an alternative to the cable car trip up the rock. Gibraltar was only a 15 minute drive and well worth it but don't forget your passport.

The whole experience has been a pleasant one, at booking our queries were answered promptly and we were given all of the additional information that we needed to make the booking as well as advice on flights etc. Once we arrived we had a local English speaking contact who could also provide us with assistance had it been required.

A wonderful trip that we hope to make again in the not too distant future!

On site commercial centre has a mini super market, golf shop, cafe and restaurant. The town of Pueblo Nuevu is 5 min drive for supermarkets, banks, local shops and restaurants. Sotogrande Port and beaches are 10 min drive away. Gibraltar is 20 min drive. Fashionable coastal towns Marbella and Puerto Banus 30 min drive away.On the Atlantic Coast lies Tarifa, beautiful Bolonia beach.

  • Notes on accommodation: This is a privately owned house containing owners furniture and possessions and we kindly request that you leave our much loved home as you found it. The house has a few provisions i.e. tea, coffee, sugar, condiments, sauces and cleaning materials feel free to use and replace when stocks are low, this would be appreciated. There are 2 key type safes in the apartment for you use. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Outside: Main terrace is furnished with outdoor furniture including a large love bed, 2 large sofas and coffee table, 2 side tables, large parasol, 2 electric awnings, 6 seated dining table and chairs and barbecue. Upper terrace 6 sun loungers. There are 2 lifeguarded communal pools within close walking distance. There are 2 allocated underground garaged parking spaces and on street parking. The hotel facilities are available for use and include restaurants,bars and swimming pool. Utility Room: Clothes airer, mop and bucket, brush and pan, spare gas cylinder for barbecue. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen provided, beds are made up as requested with fresh linen.
