My wife Gerri and I purchased this lovely 2 bedroom apartment in 2006. We are in the UK Estate Agents so we chose this apartment using the principal of Location, Location. We holiday here about 3 times a year and our family also use it regularly. It is not just about renting it is for our family as well. We have 2 beautiful grandchildren and they love the pools and facilities on the complex, but my younger son (20 and his girlfriend have also stayed there.

Beautiful Apartment

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment, as we loved it so much the first time. It really is a lovely apartment, that is very spacious and perfect for a couple or family holiday.

My fiancé and I stayed here a few years ago and decided not to hire a car, getting a taxi to the apartment on arrival and then walking every day! It was around 10 minutes to the supermarket, 20 minutes into the village, and 45 to the beach, however some days it was just too hot to walk so we stayed in the apartment. This time we decided we needed a car as there is so much to explore around the area the benefit of having a car really did outweigh the cost and Ian gave us a good recommendation.

With a 20 minute drive into Paphos and to Paphos Harbor, there are plenty of places to eat and drink. I would definitely recommend a place called Fat Mama's that did American and Italian food. Boat tours can also be booked at the harbor. Or if you fancy somewhere a bit closer it's a 5 minute drive, or alternatively a 35 minute walk, into Coral Bay which has similar entertainment, we ate at a lovely Italian called Seriani one night. We spent a lot of afternoons at Coral Bay Beach where there are water sports available, we had a great time hiring kayaks and going out for a paddle. We drove to Aphrodite Baths and did a hike trail through the mountains that had some wonderful views and we got some lovely photos, if that's your sort of thing! We also travelled into the Troodos mountains one day and to Aphrodite Water Park another which was a great days fun. The apartment is in a great location.

Ian was very helpful throughout and provided information promptly including all the codes for the sunbeds, gym and Wi-Fi before we travelled.

When we arrived the apartment was spotless, very clean and the aircon went straight on! The balcony is huge! With two sun loungers (One slightly torn but still usable) and 4 chairs and a table, it offers plenty of places to sit and relax with a wonderful view of the complex. The balcony is in the sun for most of the day though there is a small covered area that stays in the shade. The apartment was very well furnished and had everything you could need, including a BBQ on the balcony for nights in (As well as a Kitchen with a oven, hob, kettle and microwave) and a cool bag in the cupboard for those days out. The complex itself was very quiet and most days we got use of the pool to ourselves.

Stunning backdrop of the mountains!!!

This was the first time we had stayed in this part of Cyprus, and we were pleasantly surprised.

We arrived quite late in the evening and had booked a hire car as we knew we would be travelling to see family.

The apartment itself is set near banana plantations, with the Troodos Mountains providing a stunning back drop and is in a lovely quiet area. We walked into an exceptionally clean apartment, the living room and bedrooms were furnished tastefully. On other occasions I have rented holiday accommodation a small welcome pack of essentials has been provided, which is either included in the price or an optional extra, might be worth considering for guests especially those on a late flight.

The large balcony overlooks the pools and is furnished with table and chairs which we shared meals and evening drinks around, and is a great viewing point if you want to sit in the quiet but still have an eye on the kids in the pool. A much needed parasol was not provided (only old beach one in cupboard) and the two sun beds were frayed on the edges attaching to frame and looked like they would break. Another comfy seating area on the balcony would be great for the evening/day.

We often found we had the pools to ourselves, which was great. The pool was cleaned regularly and maintained well as were the surrounding gardens. We used a sun bed provided but a cushion for it would have been appreciated as gets very uncomfortable after a while. Although there was a parasol for around the pool there was no base, the one on the balcony was too heavy to transport.Other owners provided a parasol base , which they left around the pool so you only had to bring down a parasol to use, this also would be great!

There are lots of nice restaurants in easy walking distance. The supermarkets nearby provide all you need, and there is also a fabulous bakery, which have great donuts. The times we did eat in, we found the kitchen well equipped but lacking a sharp knife.

You need transport to get to the beaches,we mostly went to Corallia beach. The water isn’t too choppy here either, and we even saw a turtle whilst snorkelling.

All the information was provided to us my Ian, who was always helpful but not always prompt or accurate e.g. wrong bank details, incorrect address which I luckily queried. We did not have any contact from Andrew. I will definitely recommend this apartment, thanks Ian For letting us use your lovely apartment.

Our first family holiday in Cyprus!!

Unfortunately our flight was delayed and we arrived in Peyia late at night! However our taxi took us directly to the apartments and the moment we walked through the door we were not disappointed!

The apartment is exactly as described and the balcony is amazing! It allowed for you to have sun or shade throughout the whole day and was perfect for a family meal in the evening.

All the facilities in the apartment are of the highest standard and the air conditioning is perfect! We paid the extra money for the wi-Fi and this also worked well wherever we were in the apartment.

The complex was extremely quiet and we often found that we had sole use of the pool. Having a choice of 2 pools was great and the extra facility of the games room added to this. We had hours of fun in the pool as a family and will always cherish this.

We drive a lot to work everyday and so we decided against hiring a car, especially once we had found the local taxi firm cy-taxi! Jack almost became our personal chauffeur and he transported us wherever we wanted to go from the apartment.

We found the local bus was great to Corralia bay, the bus driver was a real character and if you paid €5 you could get a day pass and travel wherever you wanted.

We thoroughly enjoyed the short walk into Peyia village as dusk was falling and the traditional Cypriot restaurants come highly recommended. No matter how fussy an eater you are there is something for everyone! Our top restaurants were Oniro by the Sea, The Peyia Tavern and La Trattoria in Coral Bay.

Booking the apartment with Ian the owner was very smooth and I had regular contact with him prior to departure. He was extremely helpful and always prompt at answering any questions. Thank you Ian.

Equally whilst in Cyprus we had access to Andrew the property manager who checked in with us when passing through the resort and was helpful and friendly.

Overall we had an amazing holiday and would recommend this apartment to others. If we return to Peyia we would most definitely stay in this apartment. It was the best holiday.

Beautiful fully equipped apartment

This is a lovely apartment with everything you need. The air con is great though you only need to use it in the bedrooms as you probably won't spend much time in the lounge area. We spent most of the time sat on the huge balcony where you could still see the tv or listen to music if you want to. The apartment is spotless and beautifully furnished. Ian has thought of everything. The only thing I would probably add is another comfortable sitting area on the balcony for sitting out when the sun has gone down. There is certainly room for this but that is just my own personal view.

There are 2 lovely pools which are very relaxing and very clean. If you are feeling energetic there is the small gym and you can play table tennis and pool.

The property manager, Andrew was really helpful and available for you anytime if needed, despite having his hands full at the moment with new born twins. Nothing was too much trouble for him.

The property is within walking distance of a couple of bars and shops where you can pick up your essentials. If staying here I would recommend hiring a car. We didn't plan on hiring a car and chose to do so on arrival. This gave us the freedom to do so much more. Andrew will be happy to assist here.

Coral Bay is about a 5 minute drive where there are lots of amazing restaurants and I would definitely recommend Neos sports bar for a meal.

The highlight of our holiday was hiring a boat from George's Watersports in Latchi. Andrew will provide information for this and you will get a discount. We loved it so much we did it again 2 days later.

Another little gem is a small beach and restaurant called Sea You, this is a short distance from Coral Bay heading towards Paphos. An absolute must for enjoying a drink and something to eat whilst watching the waves.

Overall a fantastic holiday in a peaceful location but with lots of amazing places to visit.

Great service received from Ian and Andrew. Would definitely recommend but would advise hiring a car.

Fantastic apartment with a friendly welcome :-)

Due to unforeseen circumstances we booked this apartment at very short notice, the day before! we were already in Cyprus. We cannot thank the owner enough for accommodating us at such short notice even though he was on holiday himself. We arrived at the very well equipped, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean apartment. A very big balcony for outside seating perfect as most time spent outside eating & relaxing in the evening. Air con great in every room. Very spacious lounge area although most time spent outside. Washing machine and very well equipped kitchen even down to the cool bag for picnics on the beach. They have thought of everything. The only thing we bought was some plastic plates but then we do have 2 children :-) and tiled floors not very forgiving! We were met by Andrew (PPS). Andrew and Sian were very welcoming really looked after us, advice on the local area & even down to sorting the wifi (a must with two children 11& 9 :-)). There are a lot of great bars & restaurants within walking distance and coral bay only a short drive or taxi. Would definitely recommend to families as use of 2 shared pools & a small games room. Couples I am sure would be able to find somewhere peaceful to relax too as there two pools. Fab fab thank you Ian, Andrew & Sian we had a great time. Just what we needed. :-) This is a great apartment x look forward to coming again soon x

Excellent Accommodation

My husband and I stayed here for the first time with some friends who had been to the apartment before. They told us that it was impressive and we weren't disappointed. The complex is peaceful and a lovely place to spend a relacing day. It has everything you could need- and the balcony is amazing. It really is the largest in the complex and you can spend the day sunbathing and reading. However if you choose to go out then everywhere seemed really easy to get to- from the beaches, the zoo or the many archetectural sites that Paphos and the surrounding areas had to offer.

The highlight was a day trip to Nicosia. We drove down to Coral Bay and parked with no problem. From there we took a coach trip to the capital- stopping of in Lefkara to see where the wonderful famous lace comes from. We arrived back at Coral Bay in the late afternoon and chose to eat in many of the great restaurants there before driving home (5 minute drive from the centre of Coral Bay).

It makes a great base because the anywhere on the island is really easy- and for thrill seekers like us diving and other water activities are very close by- as is a quad bike adventure to nearby Lara Bay.

We chose this apartment for it's location and the almost all Cyprus year round good weather. The apartment was personally chosen by ourselves because of the location on the site. In fact the agent made sure we got the best one in the complex as we were one of the first to buy at this development. The main reason it is the best is the almost all day sun. With hot days the balcony gives you sun from early morning to dusk. There are 2 covered area to escape the sun and of course 2 fantastic pools to cool off. We have also personally furnished the apartment taking care to make sure all visitors are catered for. The size of the balcony is the second reason we chose this apartment. It is the biggest on the complex with plenty of room to spread out and relax on the one of the sun beds.

Weddings can be arranged (details on request) and held in Peyia Village (10 minutes walk from the apartment). If you want your whole wedding party to stay at the same place, I am in contact with many of the other owners. Please give me a call. Cyprus has many idealic walks for your enjoyment details can be provided


The Akamas Penisula is approx 15 mins drive away and is a nature reserve. You will find Lara Beach here, which is where the turtles come to lay their eggs. If you are a walker, this is the perfect place for you. In the early spring the area is full of wild flowers and is spectacular. This is the perfect time of year to visit the Tomb of the Kings, the Paphos Castle and the UNIESCO World Heritage Site which is similar to Pompei but on a smaller scale. Another amazing site are the Troodos Mountain


The nearest airport is Paphos and is 25-30 minutes drive. It is recommended that you have a hire car. Larnaca airport is approx 1.5-2 hours motorway drive.


Peyia village is 10 mins walk or 5 minute drive, an excellent base to tour all surrounding areas. There is bus service from Peyia to Paphos every 2 hours until 6pm. Places of interest: village of Polis, Akamas peninsular & Lara Beach (Turtle Bay). Pafos town 15 min drive, Troodos Mountains 1-1.5 hrs drive, Aphrodite Water Park is 15 min drive, Go-Kart track, Pafos Bird & Animal Park. The Akamas peninsula (nature reserve) famous for walking, mountain biking.

Further Details:

Peyia has supermarkets, restaurants, bars and a bank. There is also a bakery selling fresh pizzas etc. Wedding ceremonies can be held in Peyia and Paphos. Peyia Town Hall offers wedding ceremonies inside the hall or outside in the adjacent picturesque gardens. Why not stay at our apartment and get your guests to stay at other apartments within this exclusive resort?
