About the property

2 bedroom apartment with stunning sea views, beaches, bars, restaurants, close by parking outside the door, swimming pool, A,C.

This by far one of the better properties in this complex. Its location is perfect with the pool close by so you can keep an eye on the kids.

Such a beautiful location and finished to a high standard.

The views are spectacular from all the rooms which all have air con.

Outside there is a small patio area which you can put a table and chairs for eating outside etc, then on entering through the patio doors there is the living area with a well equiped kitchen, with oven and hob large fridge freezer cupboard space and all utensils. There is a table with chairs inside and sofa, in the living area there is a tv connected to the satalite. Also downstairs there is a bathroom with shower and washing machine plus a large room to leave your cases etc. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with fantastic views over the Golfo di Leone one bedroom has a double bed the other has 2 singles as bunk beds, each bedroom has air con.

The property overlooks the pool and the restuarant area and the grounds of Tanca Piras 6 hectares of landscaped gardens which lead down to the sea.

My name is Stephen Morgan I moved to Iglesias Sardinia to get out of the rat race and have not looked back since. Sardinia is a beautiful country and in terms of tourism is very undiscovered and a peaceful place to live. I enjoy fishing, snorkelling in crystal blue waters and hiking and mountain biking in the mountains or along stunning coastal paths. I live in a small house in the country which i built myself and grow some of my own fruit and veg and live a very healthy Mediterranean lifestyle. You are always welcome to join me on my adventures. Why Stephen Morgan chose Nebida

This property is not mine its my friends who is a vet and just does not have the time to handle lettings etc.

But if it was mine i would say that this property is in a really nice location with spectacular views and easy access to beaches, plus the fact that there is a swimming pool so even on off days still take a swim.

The area is well located for exploring the most amazing beaches in Europe.

What makes this house unique

This property is unique mainly for its position overlooking the pool with amazing sea views over the Mediterranean sea. Parking outside the door, beaches and walks close by.

Coast/Beach:

There is a beach in the village itself but of rocks and pebbles, for sandy beaches the nearest is Masua which is just 10 mins by car and about an hr walking.

All the beaches in this area are of nice soft sand and safe for bathing when the sea is calm. In the high season there are life guards on all beaches.

Travel:

Cagliari airport is about 60 klms from Nebida and takes about an hr.

I would recomend hireing a car so you can explore all the beaches.

Pick up and drop off can be arranged if rquired.

Notes on accommodation: There is wifi access in the bar and pool area only not in the house, but sometimes even in the house you may get a signal. Please respect the property and leave it clean and tidy. Outside: Outside there is a small garden which overlooks the pool area, there is a table and chairs for those who wish to eat or drink outside. The swimming pool is quite large and is shared,(not heated) but does not get to crowded as most people prfer the golden beaches. In the complex there is large grounds of 6 hectares which take you down to a small private cove, but be warned the path is quite steep so may be difficult for some. Utility Room: Large storage area for suit cases, etc sun loungers,brolly and Garbidge containers. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All towels, bedding, linen, gas, electric are included in the rental cost. The property is cleaned before you arrive, bedding and linen change after 7 days.

To confirm the booking i require a small deposit which can be paid by bank transfer to a UK bank. then the ballance can be paid on arrival.

Changeover Day:
Change over days we are flexible but weekends are prefered if poss.
Arrival time after 4 pm
Departure times before 10.30
These times are mainly for July and August for other months ask.

Notes on prices:
The prices given are based on two people sharing, there is a service charge to be added of 60€.
A deposit of 100€ for each week and the balance paid on arrival.
100€ deposit for damage which can be paid on arrival and returned to you after your stay.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
