Penparc is truly one of the most sort after holiday homes on the Island, located down a private long track this is escapism at its best! The most recent addition the the growing Sage & Sea Exclusive Collection Pen Parc was once the home of the Owner who enjoyed many happy weeks in this peaceful location. The stunning Dulas Estuary is a short walk away which leads round to Dulas Beach, an unspoilet beautiful stretch of coastline....always very quiet as so secluded and hidden! Surrounded by fields, Pen Parc has been furnished with country style encompassing its surroundings, a stunning open plan living area with open log fire and plenty of comfortable seating for guests, sit and cosy up next to the fire or have pre dinner drinks over looking the coast line....the choice is yours! The kitchen area in farrow and ball stone white has all mod cons incorporated in bespoke stunning oak units,Cook a black Aga, Mary Berry will be proud of you, and congregate around huge central Island, this is the most social kitchen in Anglesey! The 6 Bedrooms have been lovingly designed, on the ground floor there are 4 bedrooms with 1 bathroom and 1 huge wet room, on the 1st floor there is a further master bedroom with en-suite and twin room with a pop up extra bed for extra poppets with en-suite bathroom. The out-side patio has been designed with a walled wind break with glass panels so the views can be enjoyed, lots of seating in this lovely floral surrounding. Lots of enclosed lawn for the children to enjoy.

About the Owner

I originally trained with The De Vere Group in hotel management, valuable experience in customer care and maintaining exacting standards. I then went on to open a fashion business in Nantwich, believe it or not there isn't much difference in retail and the hotel trade..... customer care is King, always has been and always will be, it is what sets you apart from the rest! After 13 years of very happy trading I decided to close the door for the last time and turn my attentions to Sage & Sea, and return to my roots in the hotel industry!

Can I just live here please?

This was an outstanding rental cottage. We stayed for a long weekend with another family of four (children's ages ranging from 3 to 13). The house was beautifully furnished with what I can only describe as rural chic. I took photos because the interior decor was so lovely! Each room was spacious, beautifully decorated and with all the storage, bedside lights and hooks you could need. Beds were SOOO comfy with beautiful linen. Many had a TV as well. Bathrooms were very well appointed, spotlessly clean and supplied with loo paper but bring your own soap.

The open plan kitchen/sitting room/dining room was fantastic. It had the most beautiful view over the estuary with enormous patio doors - wonderful for watching the far away ships coming into Liverpool. There was lots of space for us all to crash and two separate seating areas so children could watch TV at one end (or play with the toys supplied) whilst parents read etc at the other. The table sat 8. The kitchen was very well equipped with most of the pots/measuring jugs/implements you could need. There was an Aga, 2 conventional ovens and a 2 ring electric hob. There was also an extra fridge in the utility room we used as a wine store.

The garden comprised two separate lawned areas (one good for small scale cricket games) plus a patio with lovely herbal borders and the indulgent hot tub (fab to try at night with champagne!). The location is secluded and not overlooked so you get a wonderfully indulgent sense of having the view all to yourself and you do not have to worry about noise or other people checking out what you are up to.

The cottage is well positioned for lovely bits of Anglesey such as Beaumaris, Red Wharf Bay and the north coast (where we did sea fishing). It is a good base from which to explore North Wales.

I would strongly recommend this property to anyone looking for a real break and a spot of luxury. it is spacious, beautifully furnished, well equipped and very relaxing. It is suitable for families (even with young children e.g. has a high chair and is not near a road) or just adults. Come here for a long weekend and you will feel like you have been on holiday for a month.

From the Owner

Pen Parc is close to my heart as we enjoyed many happy weeks in the Summer in residence....the children would spend hours playing in The Estuary hunting for crabs and fishing and kayaking....at low tide it is safe, and being sooooo close to the water you are a world away from computers, phones and gadgets! I believe it's position is one of the finest we have ...seeing is believing!
