Top floor (with lift) two bedroom, one with en-suite,two bathroom apartment with glazed lounge terrace and private bedroom terrace overlooking the gardens presented in immaculate decorative order. Fully equipped kitchen. 5 minutes walking distance to the sandy Arenal blue flag beach and all shops and restaurants. 25 minutes walk to the beautiful, characterful Port of Javea with more restaurants and shops. Javea is the jewel in the crown of the Costa Blanca with three distinct areas, the Arenal beach, the Port and the traditional Old Town, known locally as The Village.

About The Owner

We are not an agency we are three couples with rental properties in Javea, the villa in Pinosol, Casa de los Nietos belongs to Jim and Christine (S29376) and two apartments in the Arenal (S29491 belongs to Alejandro and Julia and S23362 belongs to Jon and Sandra) as we all regularly travel between the UK and Spain we wanted to ensure that our guests received the best possible holiday experience so we decided to work together to make sure that when you book you have one point of contact for English speakers, Sandra, and one point of contact for Spanish speakers, Alejandro, with the same friendly service from both.

Javea has something for everyone, young, old or in-between. There's no high rise or blaring night clubs just a safe and happy atmosphere everywhere.

Why The Owner chose Javea, Moraira and Denia Area

Alejandro and Julia are the owners of this property, they lived in Madrid until purchasing this top floor apartment and renovating it to an extremely high standard. They have always loved Javea and spend many happy hours walking their two Spanish Water Dogs along the sea front.

What makes this apartment unique

The property is the top floor so completely private, there are two furnished terraces, one glazed off the lounge overlooking the perfectly manicured gardens and pool and the other located off the master bedroom with a perfect seating area to enjoy breakfast.

Both terraces have retractable blinds to enable full sun or shade. As with the first floor apartment, this is two streets walk to the blue flag Arenal beach and bars and restaurant.

Notes on accommodation: Non smoking in the apartment. Always ensure you have keys when leaving as the apartment has a steel security door with no other way in. Outside: Beautifully maintained gardens with huge pool surrounding a central island, all accessed via private gates for use of residents of the complex only. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All towels and bed linen included, property cleaned prior to arrival.

Just so perfect!

Wow!! from my first enquiry back in January to the moment we arrived, Sandra was always too willing to answer any questions we had. Responded straight away without any hesitation. So when we arrived it was just as we expected, she even bought us some shopping as we requested. We were a family of eight so we used both apartments that sandra owns and manages. We have stayed in this complex on many different occasions but the first in this top floor apartment. We had a great view of the pool and beyond. Brilliant apartment with loads of space for us as a family. Well furnished and very clean when we arrived for our stay. The bonus was the air con in the main bedroom, defiantly needed it. Wifi was a hit with the boys too. It was very peaceful and relaxing around the pool and the children really enjoyed themselves. There's a lifeguard always on hand to keep an eye on everyone. The beaches,restaurants and supermarkets are all within 5 mins walking distance, there's a karting track just around the corner that the boys actually loved they had to go on it twice. A train from the beach can take you to the port. We did not have a car and Sandra kindly passed on information for a driver with a mini bus to pick us up at the airport. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Javea. We will be back!

Fantastic apartment in a great location. We stayed for 2 weeks and have enquired about going back next year. Alejandro and Julia made us very welcome and were on hand if there were any problems. We highly recommend this apartment.

A restful, clean and very comfortable apartment!

We had a fabulous two weeks! The apartment was lovely and we had a great time! I am fussy but can highly recommend this apartment? The owners were so helpful and made us feel so welcome! Close to everything you need! We will be definitely back ! As will some of my family members! Sandra, Aleandro, and Julia were lovely!

Great apartment, pool garden and location

This is a great home from home apartment in a great location. It is very spacious, with plenty of space to sit, either inside or on the balconies. The apartment is well furnished and has everything you need for a family, or friends, holiday. The ensuite in the main bedroom and the main bathroom are very well finished. The pool garden is amazing, with three large pools and central island. The gardens are maintained to a very high standard. The apartment is within a five minute walk to the Arenal beach with plenty of restaurants and a few bars, with street stalls at night. The old town and port areas are a short drive away. All in all we absolutely loved our stay here. This review can't be finished off without saying how great the support from Sandra in the UK was and how utterly charming and friendly Alejandro is. The biggest compliment I can give this apartment is that we have already booked to go back next year. Thanks you very much/muchas gracias Alejandro.

Wonderful Property - fantastic hosts

This was our 3rd visit to Javea, but the 1st in this apartment. The apartment was exactly as described - clean, well equipped and well maintained, and even had WiFI installed whilst we there. Within easy walking distance of The Arenal which has many fabulous restaurants and bars , as well as the beach! Nothing was too much trouble - will definitely go again - great for all age groups.

Alicante airport is approximately 1hour 20 minutes drive south and Valencia airport is approximately the same distance north. There is a regular, bookable bus service from Alicante to Javea and easy taxi service from the airport. Car hire is also easily available from both airports


25 minutes or so drive from Denia, Calpe, Altea, Jalon and 30 minutes from Benidorm and the water parks and Benidorm Palace.
