Ideally located due to it's close proximity to the beaches and village.

Plas Aber has recently undergone a full refurbishment, it is now a perfect holiday retreat, spacious and well equipped with beautiful sea views, a large balcony and a safe, enclosed garden. A wonderful house for 2 families sharing as it provides 3 separate living areas downstairs allowing children and adults to holiday in harmony, there is even an X-Box for the children.

Plas Aber is a 5 bedroom detached house and sleeps 12 on the same floor. The two master bedrooms have super king size beds, there is a twin room, a single bed with a pull out trundle and also a kids dorm room with 2 sets of bunk beds.

Upstairs, there is a family bathroom and also a separate shower room, a third shower can be found on the ground floor to enable direct showering from beach activities.

The garden is a fabulous feature of the house, it is fully enclosed and wraps around the house, this allows plenty of garden games and activities in a very secure environment.

Plas Aber is a wonderful house, it is warm and cosy in the winter with two open fires and light and airy in the summer with a large balcony, perfect for viewing the famous Rhosneigr sunsets. You will not be disappointed when you walk into Plas Aber, throw away your car keys for the duration of your holiday, relax and enjoy.

Our family have been holidaying in Plas Aber for the past 4 generations and Neil and I are very proud to be the new owners of this very special and unique home.

Special interest holidays:

Rhosneigr is the perfect location for water sports enthusiasts. You can take part in sailing, kite surfing, paddle boarding and windsurfing on the main beach where the natural bay provides an excellent environment for all abilities.

The island has an excellent variety of enjoyable attractions that will keep families entertained for days. Thirty minutes drive will take you to Snowdonia and all the wonders of the National Park where you can reach the top of Snowdon on the Llamberris railway, unless you prefer to climb it yourself! Other attractions include birdwatching at South Stack, visit the spectacular Castle at Beaumauris, Copper mines at Amlwch, Sea Zoo, Butterfly Farm, Greenwood Forest Park, Zip World and Bounce Below to name a few.


Rhosneigr is a magnet for families and water sport fanatics. There are two of the best beaches you will find anywhere in the UK, with sand dunes, big tides and rock pools all just moments from the house.


Bangor railway station - 20 miles

Holyhead railway station - 13 miles


Rhosneigr village centre is a 3/4 minute walk

Snowdonia National Park is a 30 minutes drive

There are 4 local restaurants which are a very short walk into the village, there is also a larger restaurant which is a 15 minute walk/2 minute drive away. In the village, there are 3 pubs, chip shop, small supermarket with Post Office,newsagent, gift shop, surf shop, beach cafe/bar, ice cream shop, Fat Face clothes shop, chemist and hairdresser.

Notes on accommodation: Well behaved Dogs are accepted but please do not allow them upstairs. Any damage caused will unfortunately have to be charged. There is a travel cot available for use. Outside: There is a large wrap-around walled garden which is completely safe for children and dogs. There is teak garden table which seats 6 and a large balcony with wonderful sea views. There is also a large charcoal BBQ for your use. Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, iron and clothes pulley. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All beds will be freshly made and bath towels will be provided. If you require an extra clean or fresh laundry during your stay, this can be arranged for an extra cost. Other: There is a separate sun room, ideal for morning coffee and reading the paper. There is also a large balcony where you can sit and watch the passers by and the boats on the water.

Outstanding property

Seven elderly ladies celebrated 50 years of friendship in this wonderful property.

This property offered everything we could have asked for - a beautiful location, wonderful facilities and the owners have refurbished it to a very high standard.

Excellent property for groups or families.

Lovely location

Ideal accommodation for groups or families. 2 reception rooms and a 'play area' for children means everyone can have their own space and do different things.

Tastefully decorated

2 bathrooms -very convenient

I had one of the large comfortable rooms with plenty of storage and a great view to the sea. Large comfortable double bed.

Convenient open plan kitchen with dining area - good for socialising

A balcony with seating to soak up the sun.

Plenty of off-road parking space within the grounds of the house.

Fantastic– will definitely return!

We rented Plas Aber for a long weekend with friends and it was perfect. The house has been really tastefully renovated, with a well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, open fires and lots of showers! The house also has a fantastic balcony that is a real sun trap – we found it hard to tear ourselves away and go for a walk!

The location of the house is great, just a few minutes’ walk into the village and right by broad beach.

We feel very lucky to have stayed here and will definitely return!

A Very Special Place

Plas Aber was the ideal house for our family gathering. perfect for adults and children alike, the house was clean, bright, well-equipped and so cosy, warm and comfortable. The two open fires were a joy to come back to after the bracing walk to Cable Bay.

The excellent location with its safe enclosed garden is close to the beach and the village which made it easy for everyone to enjoy themselves independently.

We had a marvelous holiday and have already booked a return visit for next year. For anyone looking for a holiday house that works for all generations I cannot recommend Pas Aber highly enough. It is very special.

A little gem by the sea

We had a fantastic time as returning customers to this property. The uninterupted views from the front of the house are remarkable, especially waking up in the morning to a stunning sea view. The house is in a perfect location to enjoy both beaches and the shops and restaurants. It is well equipped and clean. The property has five bedrooms which are all very tastefully decorated. Our children particularly enjoyed the room with 2 sets of bunk beds!!! I would definitely recommend this property for a relaxing break by the sea. We are looking forward to a return visit.

Changeover day is usually Friday but this can be negotiated in low or medium season. You can arrive after 3pm and please vacate by 10:30am.

Fully refundable Deposit of £500 made at time of booking, returnable at the end of the booking term within 7 days subject to confirmation of no damage. Deposit refundable upon cancellation of booking only when a new booking received from another party.
Full payment of holiday to be made 6 weeks before arrival.
