Perfect!

We loved The Dukes and were sad to leave...

A beautiful cottage in a perfect location for exploring Padstow and the beautiful Cornish coastline.

Sam the housekeeper was fantastic, texting us to say the property was ready for us, and we also had a lovely arrival tray that was a really nice surprise.

The cottage is decorated beautifully throughout and has everything you could need.

The only thing I could say that could be improved is wifi, but it wasn't a big problem and on a break away, who needs it??!

We will be back!!

Beautiful cottage, perfect location

  • 5 of 5

Beautiful cottage, tastefully appointed, and in a great location - ideal for the two of us. With everything close to hand in Padstow (places to eat and drink, the coastal path, beaches etc) and blessed with a great week of September sunshine, we only used the car once! Result!!

A great place to unwind; highly recommended.

Great location

  • 4 of 5

This is a wonderful property just a short stroll from the centre of Padstow. Immaculately clean and characterful with all the facilities you could need. It would be completely perfect if it had a small outdoor space to sit and have a drink and do be aware that if you have children with you they will be on the ground floor. Also stairs to the living space are quite steep. A really great place though. We had a fabulous time. Thank you.

Luxurious house

  • 5 of 5

This house was beautifully presented with everything you could ask for for a luxury, restful holiday. Perfect for a couple, or,a small family. The photos are completely accurate and show the high level of finish to every room. The house was a very short walk from the harbour/shops/restaurants and pubs in Padstow. Although there is no parking - as was clearly explained on the details - there was plenty of free parking in the residential streets 5-10min walk away. Or the public park which is closed but you obviously pay for. There is adequate space to unload the car outside the house.

When we go back to Padstow we would certainly rebook The Dukes. It was perfect, thank you!
