Nice big apartment in a great location. Great view from balcony.

Apartment had everything we needed, good kitchen and living area. We were met when we arrived and told that one of the toilets was not working correctly and would block up if paper was flushed, so avoided using it. This wasn’t a problem we just used the other toilet. The upright fan in one bedroom was broken and the other in the main bedroom was very noisy when switched on. Luckily it wasn’t too hot on a night so we didn’t bother using either, guests would struggle in the summer though. Good sized balcony with a fabulous view, lovely watching the sunset on a evening. Picasso’s pool bar on the complex is friendly and serves great food, breakfasts and snacks are reasonably priced. Gave Sunday lunch a try, something that we never do on holiday, was very good. Never had a problem getting a sun bed and the pool area was super clean. All in all a really good holiday and would definately stay there again but not in the height of summer.

Reservations stayed 6/1/18 - 27/1/18

The apartment is modern and clean well equipped the cooker has not been cleaned for some time a,

microwave is not provided which is an essential piece of kit when self catering the owner believes radiation is transmitted to the operator! ! The loo in the 2nd bathroom is not to be used if any paper is flushed away there is a notice that 120€ is required if the loo is blocked the bowl is quite disgusting.

The biggest problem is noise from the apartment below which is being renovated although the owner stated that there was an agreement that the work would be carried out between 1000-1700 this did not happen the builders turned up at all times and left when it suited. There is also a continuous smell of tobacco from below.

Had we been informed of the above earlier we would have cancelled the booking.

Mycket fin och rymlig lägenhet

Mycket fin, hel, ren och trevlig lägenhet med havsutsikt. Kan inte annat än rekommendera denna lägenhet som har allt man kan behöva, nästan. Tänk på att den har solsken mot fönster i princip hela dagen vilket gör lägenheten väldigt varm.

Den har eget välgfungerande bredband och två gigantiska badrum.

Det man ska tänka på är att det är en bit att gå till de mer centrala delarna av Adeje och inte så mycket i närheten, det fungerar absolut men det kan vara bra att förbereda sig på en del taxi åkning.

Man får väldigt bra hjälp vid eventuella frågetecken av värdinnan.

Skulle lätt bo här igen.

Quality accommodation!

We recently stayed for a week in this lovely apartment. It is spacious, well equipped, with everything needed for a very comfortable stay. The development is quiet, has a good pool - get there early for a sunbed in high season - has shops etc close by and taxi rank outside, taxis very cheap! We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area.
