The property has everything you need for a relaxing break and superb beaches are only a short drive away. Large lawns for the children to enjoy outside games whilst parents take it easy!

Pretty country accomodation
Very nice accomodation with lots of inside space. It also had a balcony overlooking the barn, set in very pretty countryside. Its quite isolated so you definitely need a car, although there is agood bus service nearby. Would definitely recommend it for a quiet break.
Accommodation was immaculate on arrival, really spacious and everything you could think of that you would need for a self catering stay was provided. owners provided very clear instructions as to what to do on arrival and information regarding the property for the stay. Very relaxing location, although you would really need a car to stay here, various towns and fabulous beaches all within very short driving distances. Highly recommended.

Coast 1.5 miles by Car. Beaches at Torcross, Blackpool sands, Salcombe and Hope Cove are all within ten miles.
Village 1 mile. Towns of Dartmouth, Kingsbridge and Salcombe approx 6 miles.

Two adults- £495 plus up to 2 children at £50 per week each.
A deposit against any damage/key loss etc. of £250 is required before occupancy. When booking, 1/3 of the total accomodation cost is required. Full payment including security deposit required four weeks before start of occupancy.
Saturdays but can be flexible out of main season. Arrival after 3pm . Departure before 10am. Any extra cleaning time will be deducted from the security deposit.
Notes on prices:
The price is £495 per week all year round inclusive of Electricity and Gas. This price is for two adults.Up to two children are welcome to enjoy this property also and are charged at £50 per child per week.
1/3 deposit upon booking. remainder plus security deposit four weeks before holiday start date. Pay by cheque or Internet Bank transfer.
Owner's Cancellation Policy
- 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
- 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
