The apartment is on a small and friendly private complex of only 4 apartments sharing a swimming pool, sun terrace and secluded garden and BBQ area. The complex is perfectly located in a quiet residential area but just minutes away from all the area's main attractions.

This modern and spacious 2 bedroomed ground floor apartment comfortably sleeps 4, and is fully air-conditioned. It offers a more traditional stay, perfect for those who love the sunshine and outdoors, as it is located on the garden floor, closest to the BBQ area and has lots of private outdoor space.

The apatment opens in to a fully equipped kitchen with hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle and all porcelain and cutlery. There is a bathroom with a large shower, toilet and washbasin. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, wardrobe and a small entertainment unit containing a TV and DVD player. In place of a traditional Western lounge living room, there is a large outside terrace area, with a dining table, two comfortable loveseats and a coffee table, perfect for al fresco dining and relaxing.

About the Owner

We owned Larem, meral and Melek apartments for the last 5 and 10years. We visit our guests on their arrival or our local agent alibaba travel agency to welcome them and give information on the local area. We are a young family who have been living in the area for 25 years and have been in tourism for this period. We love the area and enjoy sharing our local knowledge to help our guests get the most from there stay ensuring they are happy and relaxed. We hope you like it too.

The Meral apartment complex is a very suitable choice for those who have limited mobility or young children in buggies. The bus stop is merely a minute's walk, and buses are inexpensive, buggy-friendly and come every few minutes to take you to Oludeniz within 5 minutes, the harbour in Fethiye within 20 minutes. Hisaronu town centre is a leisurely 5 minute walk and holds many family-oriented bars, restaurants and shops. On Tuesdays, there is a local market which is held in the town within close proximity to the apartment, and is popular with both visitors and locals. It sells everything from fruit and vegetables, toys, trinkets, souveneirs, "Chanel" bags and other designer and clothing wear. The closest airport to the Meral apartment complex is Dalaman Airport, which is a 45 minute drive away. Check-in and check-out times are flexible dependent on availability and we are happy to arrange return airport transfers in private, air-conditioned vehicles. 2016 rates begin at £90 return for a party of up to 4, and £100 return for a party of up to 10. The location of the apartments mean that hiring a vehicle is not a necessity, however a hire vehicle can be arranged as desired. Prices are available upon request. Our English speaking site manager is available at all times, and is happy to assist organising excursions such as boat trips, jeep safaris, paragliding and much more. Alternatively, we can answer any questions or queries you may have via email, prior to your arrival. We look forward to welcoming you!

This amazing resort caters for all ages and a fantastic holiday is guaranteed. Pretty much every kind of food is available in a host of varying locations - by the harbour in Fethiye, by the beach in Oludeniz, in the forests at Kaya or amongst the energetic bustle of Hisaronu. Our english speaking site manager is available at all times and would be more than happy to come sit with you and help you plan your holiday fun, and offer expert advice on all aspects of what the area has to offer. Alternatively, we can answer any questions you may have by email prior to your arrival.

  • Notes on accommodation: The apartment is at ground floor level with just a few steps to reach the front door. There are bedrooms and bathrooms at ground floor level. The swimming pool is accessed via metal, ladder style steps. The apartment is located very close to all the resorts main attractions and just a few strides from the main bus route. The accommodation is suitable for individuals with limited mobility. Small children must be supervised by the pool. Outside: The apartment has a large private patio with dining furniture. The complex houses 4 dwellings and its occupants share a 50 sq.m. swimming pool. The pool has a spacious sun terrace and comfortable, cushioned sun loungers, umbrellas and service tables are all provided. Within the lush, private gardens is a purpose built BBQ area which has a large wooden bench and seating arrangement. The gardens have several secluded, shady areas for those seeking a little peace and tranquillity. Just beyond the garden walls is a splendid view of the pine clad mountain. The mountain is one of the Worlds' most popular spots for the sport of paragliding. All year round one can gaze and admire the antics of the paragliders as they leap from the mountain top and glide through the air - all from the comfort of your sun-lounger.
