Set in 1/3 acre plot with fantastic panoramic sea and mountain views this spacious, secluded, traditional Spanish villa offers tranquil days and stunning views with all the comforts of home.

The villa has been recently renovated and has 4 generous bedrooms sleeping 10+ with 4 en-suite bathrooms accommodating 4+ couples or up to 10 single people. It boast a large kitchen, dining room and huge living room with seating for 12+ and a large Naya with spectacular sea and mountain views. A private 12m x 6m South and East facing swimming pool, Air Conditioning/Heating, BBQ, 50” TV with English SKY channels and Wifi.

This wonderful 4 bedroom villa is situated in a quiet, exclusive, residential area only 3km from the beautiful, sandy Arenal beach, which is abundant with shops, restaurants, sports and leisure facilities. A mere 3 minute drive or 25 minute walk away.

This spacious property has 4 large bedrooms including 1 family room that sleeps 4. They all enjoy air-conditioning/heating and roof fans. All rooms have luxurious Super-King size beds that can be converted to 2 extra-long single beds making the accommodation extremely versatile. We can accommodate 4 double beds for 4 couples or 1-4 Double beds with 2-8 single beds for up to 2-4 families. All bedrooms have French doors leading onto one of the terraces. Bedroom 1 also has 2 windows with stunning sea views and has lots of space for extra beds/cots if required. All bedrooms have full en-suite bathrooms with separate bath and walk-in showers. All Bathrooms were newly refurbished in 2016 with large walk-in, modern showers.

The villa stands in its own grounds of around a third of an acre, with lawns and terraced gardens on all sides and 3 patios/terraces. The pool area and terraces are secluded and are not overlooked and afford maximum privacy. There is a large covered Naya (outdoor terrace which is ideal for dining al fresco or just relaxing and enjoying the spectacular views, the perfect place to watch the sun rise. The villa boasts a large, private 12m x 6m south and east facing swimming pool that enjoys the sun for most of the day. There are 10 sun loungers on the pool terrace. The south terrace has sea and mountain views while the West terrace backs onto woodland and has a BBQ.

The huge lounge has four 3-seater sofas with french doors leading onto the Naya and south terraces. It has a cosy sunken fireplace plus air conditioning/heating. There is a 50 inch internet TV showing English SKY TV Channels including Sky Movies, Sky Sports & BT Sport. There is also an XBOX 360 with a variety of games and a Music System. The property comes with unlimited use of high speed broadband with Wifi throughout the villa so you can keep in touch with friends and family or even work if need be.

The large Kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, oven/cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and all crockery and utensils and a large pantry for all you groceries. The separate Dining room has a table for eight with extra chairs available.

The villa itself is one level with an impressive set of stairs down to the pool. It also has a large double garage.

Hi, we are Angela & Paul Griffiths and live in North Wales.We have 2 teenage Kids a dog and 2 cats. We bought Casa Ribaldi in September 2014.

We have been coming on holiday to Javea for a number of years. We love it here, it's very cosmopolitan and has a great climate. There's so much to do and see we never get bored. In 2014 whilst on holiday we noticed the property prices had dropped dramatically and the property we were renting was up for sale - that got the ball rolling and we started looking.

What we wanted most were sea views, to be in walking distance of Arenal beach with its sandy beach, restaurants and bars and for the walk to be fairly easy (i.e flat) so our kids could go off on their own and we could enjoy a drink. We also wanted seclusion, space both inside and out - a villa that could be a home not just a rental and that had some potential for the future.

We found all this at Casa Rebalbi - the problem being that it was in quite a state of disrepair. However we fell in love with it and the sellers were in a hurry to sell so we got a good deal. From first seeing it in July we had completed in September. We have been renovating extensively since then and have decorated and refurnished the villa. Last winter we totally refurbished all 4 en-suite bathrooms and the cloakroom.

Why Angela Griffiths chose Capsades

Casa Ribaldi is a traditionally built spanish villa. Main features are the large Naya (covered terrace), the Toscal stone (local sandstone) used in archways and steps, and the hand-made terracotta tiles used inside and out. There are four generous en-suite bedrooms, all with French-windows opening onto terrace areas, and terraced grounds of 1/3 an acre.

The Villa was originally built in 1981 by a Dutch gentleman. It was the first house to be built in the neighbourhood. It commands an elevated position with spectacular views, both towards of the sea and inland across the Cansalades valley. The location benefits from breezes along the valley, which together with the high ceilings, keeps the Villa cool. No expense was spared in the original construction ; handmade terracotta tiles, top of the range air conditioning, luxury bathrooms etc.

What makes this villa unique

The main benefits of Casa Rebaldi:

1. Spectacular panoramic sea and views from the main bedrooms, naya and terraces, lounge and dining room.

2. Large 12m x 6m swimming pool which is south and east facing. We have put artificial grass around the pool to keep it looking natural.

Coast/Beach:

The beautiful, blue flag Arenal beach is 3km away: only 3 mins drive or 25 min walk. The bay has golden sand and gently slopes into the crystal clear water, safe for children. There are also sunbeds, parasols, showers and climbing/play frames. For the more energetic there is windsurfing, sailing, boat hire/trips, pedalos, scuba diving, water skiing, cycling, snorkelling, tennis and jet ski. A short drive away, there are beaches at La Barraca (stoney), Granadella (stoney), The Port (stoney), and Ambola (naturist).

Travel:

Javea is between Alicante and Valencia airports. Approx 1hr - 1hr 15 mins drive. A hire car is recommended, but not essential. Airport transfers can be arranged.

Distances:

Within Javea the main Arenal beach is 3km (3 min drive/ 25 min walk) and "The Port" area is 5km (5 min drive)

Further Details:

Javea is a wonderful place to explore. There are 3 distinct areas. The "Arenal", the wide sandy bay, flanked by numerous restaurants, bars and shops. In the evening, the promenade comes alive and is lined the various stalls selling hand made crafts. (ideal for those presents to take home). The "Port", where the fishermen still dock, to sell at the fish market. There is a more Spanish feel to the front here, again with many bars, restaurants and shops. The historic "Old Town", full of culture, narrow cobbled street, local "tapas" and "paella".

Excursions nearby (all appx 30 mins drive) include:

Mundomar Marine Park, Aqualandia Water Park,

Terra Natura Wildlife Park, Terra Mitica Theme Park,

Safari Park, Caves, Waterfalls (the Fonts d'Agar).

The Jalon and Montgo countryside is breathtaking.

At Valencia there is a great Science Museum and Oceanographic center (marine).

Benidorm has the beaches, shops, restaurants, bars and the "kiss me quick" atmosphere and is a wonderful experience if you have not been there.

Denia beach and harbour (20/30 mins drive) can get you to Ibiza and Majorca by ferry.

Slice of Paradise and home from home.

My family shared this villa with another family who like us also has a young daughter. I knew Javea would be the perfect place to unwind and its a great place to take kids. Finding the ideal villa for us all was crucial and Casa Ribaldi did not let us down. the villa itself is perfectly situated not too far from Arenal beach and all necessary amenities, however it still feels very secluded. The villa itself has amazing views and I spent many hours in one of the many seating areas over a gin and tonic soaking them in. Inside, the villa feels very homely and typically Spanish. During our stay there were only 2 small families, but this villa could comfortably accommodate 2 more families without feeling too crowded. There is a good stereo and a great TV setup with a massive choice of movies and channels. The outside of the villa is fantastic. Plenty of different seating areas to sit and read or sunbathe and the pool area is particularly impressive. Overall I would highly recommend Casa Ribaldi and highly recommend Javea as a perfect holiday destination for any family.

Stunning views and very spacious

This is such a beautiful villa and has some stunning views. It is very spacious and relaxing, and we loved the outdoor spaces and pool, especially the artificial grass area.

It is only a 3 minute drive from Javea sea front which was great. Plenty of places to eat and things to do nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Villa!

Loved the villa! Easy to get to with a hire car from the airport and the views were lovely. Short walk to the beach, which also made a lovely run along with beach front early morning.

Lots of shops nearby for supplies and the restaurants on the sea front were plenty, making choosing difficult.

Would strongly recommend staying here.

Fantastic Villa

Fantastic spacious villa. Great views from the balcony,property is really clean and well maintained. There was 7 of us staying in the villa, with age ranges of from 12-50 years and had loads of space. The wifi and music system are great. The pool was great. It is about 25-30 mins walk in heat to the Arenal. We would recommend as long as steps to villa not an issue.

Booking Notes:
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required on booking and the full balance is payable 10 weeks prior to your departure (non-refundable). A security/damages deposit of £300 is payable with the balance, which is returned on receipt of the villa keys and an inventory check.

Changeover Day:
Our preferred changeover day is Saturday, particularly during July & August, but we can be flexible subject to availability. The villa is available on arrival from 4pm and should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
