A lovely spacious first floor apartment in the centre of Hunstanton but a very quiet location. Open plan living is the theme of this apartment with impressive high ceilings emphasing the spaciousness of this modern newly converted apartment. This property sleeps 8 comfortably in 4 bedrooms ( 2 double and 2 twins), 1 double bedroom has an ensuite and dressing area. A separate family bathroom has a bath and overhead shower. The location is excellent for everything you might want to do in Hunstanton and is all within walking distance. It is also ideal as a base for exploring the north norfolk coast as well as other inland attractions such as sandringham house, heacham lavender fields, pensthorpe nature reserve just to name few.

About Tina Cribb

We have owned this property for almost 5 years and recently renovated this apartment to suit us as a family of 5. However we soon realised we would not use it to its full potential so decided to do it as a holiday rental as well.

We started this venture in July 2014 and have never looked back. It works so well as we can use it when there is a free week and it's like we are on holiday!!

Myself and my husband do all the housekeeping and maintenance of the property and we really enjoy meeting the guests and making them feel welcome when they arrive. We have met some lovely families who all seem to look after the apartment as if it's their own and judging by the reviews have all had a fantastic holiday.

What makes this apartment unique

The modern open plan design works so well together with high ceilings that the spaciousness is definitely one of the main features.

The location of the apartment is great as whilst it's in the centre of Hunstanton it is also tucked away in a quiet area.

As the apartment is so spacious it works great for 2 families to share.

spacious and well equipped

A lovely upstairs apartment, handy for the sea front and shops. Four big bedrooms and a large lounge/diner/kitchen.

We were slightly out of season so not many places were open, but we had four days of good weather and went for a walk along the sea front to the lighthouse trying to follow the "wolves" trail, but the markers were hard to find and may have been taken down for the winter.

Parking was enough for 2 cars and easy. The owners were friendly and the welcome pack was a nice touch.

The apartment had an en-suite shower to the master bedroom and the bathroom was adequate.

Sainsbury's was a two minute walk away and Tesco's about 15 minutes away. We enjoyed both shops!

We would return there again in a couple of years maybe and would try to go a bit more in season perhaps.

Just had a brilliant 2 weeks in Hunstanton, seatreat was perfect for the family and well looked after. Tina left us a beautiful welcome pack.

Close to all amenities and the beach.with plenty to do around norfolk.

Hunstanton beach is a 5 minute walk from the apartment with the famous cliffs being a 15min walk.


The nearest train station is Kings Lynn which is 15 miles away. Hunstanton bus station is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. There is a regular bus service from Kings Lynn to Hunstanton. A coasthopper bus also runs from Hunstanton to Cromer stopping at all the coastal villages on the way.

Further Details:

All hunstanton shops, banks, restaurants etc are all within a very short walking distance.

Changeover Day:
Change over days are saturdays from July to september but are flexible out of season. You may arrive anytime after 4pm but we ask you vacate the property by 10am.
