3-bedroom detached villa with its private heated pool and large tropical gardens. This Villa is situated on one of the larger plots of the Urbanization, and total area with tropical garden and swimming pool - 1027 m2, villa´s size - 172 m2.

Located in the popular Golf del Sur resort, just 9 km from the International Airport, and about 10 km from the town of Playa de Las Americas. About 10 minutes walk to the small private beach.

The Villa consists of a spacious and luminous living room with dining area, separate kitchen equipped with everything you might need, three bedrooms with classic wooden shutters on the windows, three bathrooms, BBQ area, three terraces, utility room with washing machines and ironing sets, a separate garage with storage room, and 2 own parking places. Designed for comfortable accommodation of up to 8 people. From the living room you can go to a large terrace where you can sunbathe and swim in the spacious heated pool.

Relax in comfort in the lovely lounge area looking out over the private heated pool (supplement of 50gbp per week for heating in cold months) and sun terrace.

Another spacious BBQ-terrace with a BBQ set and dinning table.

Just 5 minutes walk to the main shopping area San Blas, where you will find lots of bars and restaurants, big "HiperDino" supermarket, school, church, several shops, dry cleaners and a health center, beauty salon and hairdresser.

Right on the coast, there is a community pool with ocean water, which is filled by tidal currents of the Ocean. An ideal place for golf and tennis lovers, as Golf del Sur is situated right on the 27-hole Championship Golf Course, and there are about a dozen of tennis courts nearby.

This Villa is equipped with everything you might need, for a luxurious and placid holiday.

Notes on accommodation: The accommodation is situated all on one level, and is ideal for families with kids. Check-in time is 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00, but early arrival and late departures are possible, to be approved by the owner. Outside: Due to the large plot this Villa has great views of the sea, and mount Teide. A covered terrace when shade is needed and a large open terrace around the private Roman style heated pool. The pool is accessible by steps and the depth is 1m to 1.5m it is 9m long and 3.2m wide. There is a cast iron BBQ for alfresco dining with ample sun loungers patio table and chairs. Due to the maximum operativity, some noise from the airplanes might be possible on weekends. Utility Room: External, with washing machines, ironing sets, housing sun-lounger mattresses/cushions, inflatable pool toys, etc. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Cleaning, pool and tropical gardens´ maintenance is done on weekly basis. Vacaciones perfectas

No es la primera ve que estoy alquilando del mismo propietario. Es un placer tratar con Dimitriy y Kosta, siempre estan disponible y con ganas de ayudar. Esta casa no es nueva y tampoco exclusiva, pero muy acogedor, espaciosa y con todo lo necesatio para unas vacaciones inolvidable.

Gracias al dueño y su ayudante Dimitriy por tratarnos asi de bien otra vez, y por profesionalidad. Villa estaba limpia al llegar, bien amueblado, con todo funcionando, y nos recibieron con un pequeño "Paquete de Bienvenida". El dia de salida, comprobaron la propiedad, devolvieron la fianza en el acto, y ofrecieron transporte gratuito al aeropuerto. MARAVILLOSO! Gracias de nuevo!!!

Very enjoyable holiday

Plenty of room for 5 adults 2 children. We all had a really nice time here. kids enjoyed the pool and the villa is close to a local well stocked shop which sells lovely bread and pastries for breakfast. Close enough to walk to the sea front, in fact we ran along it every morning! Nice places to eat and a visit up the volcano which was awesome! Would happily holiday here again and kosta was most helpful from booking to departure! Thank you for a nice holiday xx

winter escape from Finland

Nice and clean villa in a quiet naborhood and still close

to all you need specially if you have a car. El Medano is one of our favourites on the island and it´s just a few miles away. We will be back.

Holiday for seniors

We were very gently welcomed at the airport. Arrived at the villa, we were guided around. Everything was explained about the practical apparatus.

Until late in the evening airplaines landed, passing by "our" garden! !!!

The villa is situated in a luxury neighbourhouth, where a rented car is absolutely usefull for individuals of a certain age...

To the real owner of the villa: renovate the wooden windows and doors soon, or you will have to buy new ones !!!!
