Apartment in El Paraiso, Marbella, Costa del Sol, Spain - Peaceful Location - Just A Few Minutes Walk From Beach, Restaurants, Bars, Buses & All Amentities

The sunny apartment is well equipped and is especially good for families and couples as the bedrooms provide good privacy and are practically self-contained as there are 2 entrances, each leading to 2 spacious bedrooms with 2 en-suite full bathrooms and you can park your car right outside!

The living room is large and airy and leads to a verandah overlooking beautiful gardens. There is air con and a TV with English, Spanish and German speaking channels. There are two large bedrooms, both with full sized en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has air con and a TV and the 2nd bedroom has ceiling fan.

The kitchen/utility room is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, cooker, dishwasher and washing machine.

You will have the beautiful gardens and complex during the day, including the on-site country club with its lovely food and swimming pool yet within a 10-15 minute taxi/car ride (or by bus which is 4-5 minute walk away) you can be in the beautiful locations of Marbella, Puerto Banus, Estepona in addition to many other attractions - so you can shop and party as well as relax! The El Paraiso Golf club is right next door, designed by South African legend Gary Player, in addition to many other golf courses up and down the coast.

Within 4-5 minutes walk to Benavista strip there are a variety of restaurants including Italian, Chinese, Japanese, American, Spanish and Thai in addition to bars, shops, pharmacy, hairdressers etc. There is also a bowling green and a great playground for kids too!

There is a beach within a 10 minute walk, although if you want the most beautiful beaches with lots of facilities there are numerous ones including those at Marbella, Puerto Banus and Estapona. Selwo Safari Kingdom (nr Estapona) a 15 minute taxi/car ride with Tivoli fun theme park just an hour away - and if you've always wanted to see Gibralter then it's just 45 minutes by taxi/car!

No WIFI in apartment but free WIFI at country club 1 min away and in most Benavista restaurants 4-5 mins away. A great opportunity to talk to each other - and plenty of board games in the apartment in addition to English, Spanish and German channels on TV. If you're looking for an authentic Spanish-style home-from-home apartment, in a little oasis with something for everyone at hand and close to Marbella, Puerto Banus and Estapona, you may just have found it!

Why Esther chose El Paraíso

I bought it because I fell in love with the complex and the property and, in addition, it was so close to many different places such as Estapona, Puerto Banus, San Pedro and even Marbella. Having buses within a few minutes walk to these places was a real bonus and having lots of amenities such as restaurants, bars and shops so close was the icing on the cake. The complex is very peaceful and sophisticated - yet there is plenty of lively activity for all just 5 minutes walk away. The golf course next door is also appealing to golfers.

What makes this apartment unique

As I said in my reasons for buying the property, it is peaceful, convenient, close to all amenities and transport. It was originally two apartments that have been made into one. However, it still retains a method of separating the two and there are two separate front doors which can be great for two couples sharing, lending them some more privacy - also good for teenagers who want their own separate space.

Outside: The gardens are communal - very well kept and quite tropical with lovely shared pool and excellent country club on-site for drinks, snacks and fine dining! All other amenities within 4-5 minutes walking. Utility Room: Additional large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, iron/ironing board, outside area for clothes drying, shopping trolley etc. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: One set of towels and linen are included for the stay. The property is cleaned before and after occupancy and the cost is included in the price! Other: There is a separate beautiful bright and airy dining room overlooking beautiful gardens.

Excellent holiday choice

We stayed for 2 weeks with our teenage daughters, and had an absolutely wonderful holiday. Spacious and very comfortable apartment in excellent location. An extremely friendly and welcoming resort. Fantastic pool area and very reasonably priced poolside bar. Numerous restaurants within easy walking distance along with 3 large supermarkets. Regular bus service to various local beeches although beeches are mostly shingle. Beautiful sunshine along with welcome breeze. We would definitely recommend staying here and are returning ourselves next year.

A little of Paradise

My husband and my 18yr old daughter went to this lovely apartment for 10 days. The apartment is very homely and is very well equipped. The view from the balcony was so relaxing, sitting out there at night was just the perfect end to the day. We didnt hire a car but found the bus service which is only 5-6 minutes walkaway is very good and reliable and its on 2.10 euros each adult one way to Peurto Banus which is definetely worth a visit. There is a big supermarket about 20 minutes walk away and if you take Martin's green trolley that is in the utility room, its easy to stock up on all your essentials!! I would highly recommend this home from home acomodation and hope to go back someday.

our anual visit

My partner, Val and I stayed here for the first time this year. I have stayed in various places in the Bena Vista area over the years on golfing trips. This was intended as a nice get away from it all relaxing week. This is exactly what we got. The house is full of Spanish character and charm. It has every thing you would want to live in it full time, apart from WIFI. I know it was a holiday to get away from things but I had to go seeking out wifi in a local bar, which made up for things. The apartment is well placed for Marbella, Puerto Banus and its nightlife, Estepona and Gibraltar. Although the apartment has everything you would need, I am an eating out person on holiday and the choice is wonderful. Some nice new resturants in the local strip and an excellent Rib Shak over the bridge and to the right. Great start. Los Abanicos in the village of Benhavis also wonderful. San Pedro and Estepona to explore and find excellent Tapas bars. All in all the apartment is a place I will go back to and also recommend to family and friends who want to go here. My rating is very very close to being 5 Stars. Try it and make your own minds up, well worth it
