Easy reach of everything: fresh food Market"Santa Catalina", La Lonja, the Harbor, Beaches, Tapas Bars, Cafes, Restaurants, Supermarkets, Pharmacies, the Cathedral, Bellver Castle, Shopping area and Historic city center. You can walk everywhere, but also you can take the bus, the apartment is very well located and connected and if you want a rental car, you will not have parking problems, because the area is free and within minutes you can access to highways in all directions. You have two minutes away, the famous "Paseo Maritimo" where you can take long walks or you can go jogging or cycling and sport,If you prefer a gym with machines and Spa, just a few minutes you have two. You also have in two minutes all boats with which you can make excursions of a few hours or spend all day. If you are interested in concerts, ballets, opera and music in general the Auditorium is right next. If you love tennis or golf, you have two tennis clubs nearby and three golf courses.In five minutes you find Bellver Castle, unique because of its round shape, a historical wonder, which you can walk among the trees, drive and you can also enjoy beautiful views over the bay of Palma. If you want to spend a day aboard a beautiful private sailboat sailing along the coast and swimming in crystal blue waters, I can inform you too.I'm sure the area you would enjoy much and you will not be disappointed because it gives you all the options you could need and the apartment is modern, spacious, quiet, bright, comfortable and with everything you need to rest and enjoy a fantastic holiday.

Can't wait to come back

Myself, my partner and another couple stayed in this wonderful apartment in September. From the moment we arrived we were in love. Spotlessly clean, ultra modern, all the kitchen goods you have at home, and great location (15 mins from airport max in a cab). Walking distance to the front with lots of amazing bars and restaurants. Rosa is the perfect host. She left us prosecco, snacks, juice and fruit, which we were eternally grateful for considering we arrived late. Rosa was very sweet and accommodating, and also said goodbye to us despite our 3am departure. The terrace is just sublime, we spent most evenings there after we had been out and about. There is a restaurant just around the corner from the restaurant called Petit Europa, you simply MUST try it. Great food, great service, and the nicest rioja ever. Palma is a great city and I will be booking up to go back and stay in Rosas apartment again ASAP.

fabulous apartment in wonderful city

just spent several days at this beautiful apartment. Quiet and yet close to all amenities. Place was spotlessly clean and very tastefully furnished. Welcome pack on arrival and Rosa was the perfect host. She gave us so much information on the area. Would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a lovely apartment with balcony.

fabulous apartment in a great city

Just returned from a lovely break in Palma. Apartment was fabulous. In lovely area but close to all amenities. Rosa was the perfect host, Welcome pack on arrival, the place was spotlessly clean with every amenity required. Tastefully furnished, balcony was ideal and would recommend to anyone wanting somewhere special to stay

Fabulous holiday and accommodation

We have just returned from a 5 day Easter break in Rosa's 2 bedroomed apartment and could not have been happier with our choice of accommodation and host. Rosa was exceptionally helpful from our first contact with her; all our enquiries were dealt with very quickly, pleasantly and with fulsome answers. On arrival, we received a very warm welcome from Rosa, who gave us lots of useful information about the apartment and local area. We were also provided with a very generous welcome pack of food and drinks which included champagne, lager and a traditional Easter Mallorcan meat pie called an empanada, which was all very thoughtful and much appreciated! The apartment was immaculately clean, well equipped, very comfortable (especially the beds!) and is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. We really enjoyed eating our breakfast on the balcony listening to the birds singing and the local church bells occasionally chiming! There is a large Mercadona supermarket nearby, and the seafront and Palma old town are both a short stroll away. On leaving, Rosa also kindly arranged our taxi back to the airport. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday here and I have already recommended this apartment to family and friends and am very much looking forward to organising a return trip there!

Rosa is super nice, friendly and gave us a lot of advice what to do in Palma.

The apartment was great, everything super clean and the neighborhood is very safe. Hope to come back next year.

15 minutes walk to the beach. 5 minute walk to the harbor

Distances:

10 minutes drive from Palma airport. 5 minute drive from the ferry port with ferries leaving to Ibiza and Barcelona. 2 minute walk from bus stop with quick bus service that takes you around the city. The apartment is centrally located in Palma and to get around town, a car is not necessary.

Bus and taxi are cheap. If you would like to rent a car for a day trip the closest car rental office is a 5 min walk from the apartment.

The apartment is located next to the famous fresh food market of Santa Catalina, where you find all the fresh products that you could possible wish for. The area is full of good restaurants, tapas bars and cafes. In short walking distance you have the Paeo Maritimo, the Bellver Castle, La Lonja, Museums, the Cathedral, the Histotic City center and some of the best shopping streets in town. Located 2 min walk from the tourist office.
