Apartment in Woolacombe, North Devon, England - Two Minute Walk To The Village Shops, Restaurants And Three Mile Sandy Beach. Perfect Location.

Situated on the second floor, this lovely purpose built stylish apartment is situated in the ideal location within the village so you can walk to the local shops, cafes, bars and restaurants and just a two minute stroll to the sandy beach. The kitchen and living/dining room are open plan so no one is holed up in the kitchen away from the rest of the party. The bathroom has recently been refurnished and has a lovely power shower and bath perfect after a long day walking, surfing or playing on the beach. There are two bedrooms of similar size; one has a double bed whilst the other has twin beds. Both rooms have plenty of storage with built in wardrobes. There is a garage, great for storing buggies, surfboards, wetsuits and walking equipment together with a dedicated carport.

Historically Woolacombe was a family friendly seaside resort however with many establishments offering wetsuit hire and surfing tuition it is now attracting all year round surfers as well. Woolacombe beach has recently been voted by Tripadvisor the No.1 beach in the UK and No.4 in Europe.

As a family we have owned the apartment for nearly 25 years and although we live by the sea we love the North Devon coast and have spent many family holidays in Woolacombe. It is wonderful that now our children are taking their children there.

A great little holiday apartment!

This is the first time we have stayed in an apartment so close to the beach. We have a 7 year old and we all love the beach and surfing so this apartment ticked all the boxes!! The apartment was clean and contained everything we needed. The garage was particularly useful for all our wet gear. Evening curry on Barricane beach, waffles, surfing and a spot of geo-cacheing were the highlights! We'll definitely be back :)

Great apartment in a fabulous location!!

We really enjoyed our holiday in North Devon and travelled out and about when the weather was not quite for the beach. However, our overall impression was that Woolacombe is definitely the place to stay! It has the best beach plus great restaurants and bars all within walking distance of this lovely, well equipped apartment which is decorated with a very stylish, chilled beach vibe. We wanted for nothing and thank the owner for their flexibility regarding our arrival which was very much appreciated. We would love to return!

Fantastic family apartment.

Well appointed, clean and tidy apartment with a great location. Ideal for a family wanting to explore the north Devon coast. Really straight forward booking direct with owner. Would definitely book again if we are in the area.

a great apartment

This was a very last minute booking and the owner was great. She promptly responded to emails and was very flexible in terms of arrival and departure. The apartment itself was lovely and clean on arrival, beds made up etc. in terms of location it's fantastic. Just across the road from the main beach and right in the centre of the village. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

Beautiful home in a glorious setting

The apartment itself was lovely - comfortable, attractive and spotlessly clean. The setting couldn't be bettered - easy access to lovely shops, pubs, restaurants, and best of all the gorgeous beach. The owners were very helpful and the local information they provided in the flat was very useful. A fantastic holiday, can't wait to return!

During peak season changeover day is Saturday however we can be flexible during the off season period. Arrival is from 3.00pm and departure is before 10.00am. Shorter breaks are available at certain times of the year please contact me.

Prices are per week, based on check-in date. Short breaks will be considered in off peak season. If a short break runs over two rental periods it maybe that there would be a small surcharge but this very much depends on the time of year.
