Bungalow nr Abersoch, Pwllheli, nefyn cricieth, North Wales - Peaceful location, 5 minutes drive to the beach, beautiful mountains of Snowdonia 45 mins drive away

Perthi is a delightful 2 bed bungalow situated in the little village of Efailnewydd on the beautiful Lleyn Peninsula, between Abersoch and Pwllheli.

The house is set in a cul- de-sac of bungalows off a quiet lane, with Abersoch, Morfa Nefyn and Pwllheli a 10 minute drive away.

With Anglesey (45 mins away), Caernarfon (40 mins away) and Snowdonia (45 mins away) there's always plenty to do whatever the weather!

The quaint popular village of Abersoch, with its buzzing bars and pubs is a must!

Here there's paddle boarding and dinghy sailing boats for hire, the beach is a hive of activity in the summer weeks with a sand castle competition, 10k run and the infamous jazz festival!

The house has undergone some considerable renovation in an effort to modernise and update its original features and has been decorated and furnished in a holiday beach theme!

To the rear of the property lies an Indian stone patio with dining table and rattan sofa to enjoy alfresco evenings.

We have also added a small platform of decking complete with rattan loungers and chill box!

Why Janet Taylor chose Lleyn Peninsula

As a child I holidayed here with my family and having always loved the 'great outdoors, it was the perfect place to enjoy the benefits of being close to the sea and the sailing and surfing opportunities here!

As I've 'grown up', the mountains have enchanted me too! i love walking, there are many varied walks to choose from and basically its a place i have never tired from and never taken for granted!

When I first met my husband and brought him to wales, I think he was a little bemused by my enthusiasm to be here, however it was nt long before he too was as enthused as me!

What makes this bungalow unique

We have spent many days in all kinds of weathers with our two children over the past few years, walking on the beaches and cycling the many cycle tracks here, not to mention wonderful days flying kites, playing football and surfing or body boarding in the sea!

I've made so many picnics I couldn't begin to count!

Coming back to our cosy bungalow with a warm fire glowing, dinner in the oven and a family game or movie night snuggled up under our fluffy blankets just doesn't get any better!!

Outside: Good sized Indian stone patio to the rear complete with dining table and chairs. Rattan garden furniture, including 2 sun loungers. Off road parking ( please note entrance to driveway is quite narrow) Utility Room: None Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Fresh bed linen, duvets and pillows are provided for your stay. Towels, tea towels and beach towels are not provided. Other: The house is heated by storage heaters in the winter and oil filled radiators in the summer.

A perfect little holiday home

This really is a perfect holiday home with a lovely beach hut feel. It was our first holiday as a family with our 10 week old baby and was great to have dishwasher, washing machine etc the house was very clean, beautiful garden and for us in a great location right in the middle of Abersoch and Morfa nefyn. We know the area well but if you don't Jan provides guides on local pubs, restaurants, walks etc

We will definitely be returning.

Wonderful stay xx

Wonderful place to stay. Very clean and relaxing summer beach home. All amentities at the home. Central location to many local coast towns. Recommend Aberdaron and Criccieth. Jan the owner very helpful and friendly and always keeping in touch. Definately recommend to stayxx
