The villa is in a peaceful location at the end of a private lane guarded by electric gates. There are vines to one side and olives at the rear. All windows have electric shutters providing total security. The area has many of Provences finest wineries,. Covered patio with built in BBQ, dining table and chairs for 8, comfortable sofa and chairs. Private pool approx. 12m x 5m, (heating extra). Sun loungers with cushions. Garden securely fenced with electric gates. Utility room: washing machine, storage area, tumble dryer in connected garage. Linen, bathroom and pool towels provided, linen changed weekly. Property is cleaned before stay, extra cleaning by request (chargeable). Inside: dining area with seating for 6, large dresser, open plan to kitchen and salon. Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, large fridge with ice maker and fully equiped with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. TV with FreeSat, DVD player, music centre, WiFi internet.

We have had a home in Provence for 16 years moving to Mas Le Cgalon three years ago. It is a family home from home approriately fully fitted out and furnished as such.

We are now retired in the UK but spend several months a year in Lorgues enjoying the change in culture and life style.

The villa was built in 2000 but in a traditional Provencal style providing modern efficiency and comforts. There is ample secure parking and cover.

20% non refundable deposit at time of booking required, balance 10 days before start of stay. Refundable Damage Deposit of £500 required at time time of final payment. If the pool is required to be heated (unlikely in June/July) there is a weekly fee of £125 / 150€ payable to the villa manager.


Changeover Day:
Preferably Saturdays in high season but please contact us to discuss possible flexibility. Arrival time 3 pm, check out time 10 am, to allow for cleaning.
