The villa is in a peaceful location at the end of a private lane guarded by electric gates. There are vines to one side and olives at the rear. All windows have electric shutters providing total security. The area has many of Provences finest wineries,. Covered patio with built in BBQ, dining table and chairs for 8, comfortable sofa and chairs. Private pool approx. 12m x 5m, (heated extra). Five sun loungers with cushions. Garden securely fenced with electric gates. Utility room: washing machine, storage area, tumble dryer in connected garage. Cleaning / towels / linen. Bathroom and pool towels provided, linen changed weekly. Property is cleaned before stay, extra cleaning by request (chargeable). Inside: dining area with seating for 6, large dresser, open plan to kitchen and salon. Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, large fridge with ice maker and fully equiped with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. TV with FreeSat, DVD player, music centre, WiFi internet.

About the Owner

We have had a home in Provence for 16 years moving to Mas Le Cgalon three years ago. It is a family home from home approriately fully fitted out and furnished as such.

We are now retired in the UK but spend several months a year in Lorgues enjoying the change in culture and life style.

The villa was built in 2000 but in a traditional Provencal style providing modern efficiency and comforts. There is ample secure parking and cover.

St Maxime is about 45 km. St. Tropez is about 55 km. or accessible by ferry from St. Maxime.

Travel:

Nice airport is (65 km.) , Toulon (40 km.), Marseilles (90 km.) Use of a car is essential. Les Arcs TVR train station 9 km . Nearest motorway, A8, exit Le Luc or Le Muy, 10 km.

Lorgues is about 12 hours driving time from Calais.

Large supermarkets within 5 mins drive. Famous Provencal market in Lorgues every Tuesday. Many excellent restaurants, one within walking distance of the villa, and world-famous Bruno's truffle restaurant. Many other restaurants in and around the town, Le Thoronnet Medieval Abbey 6 km, Tourtour (Village in the Sky) 10 km.
