A cosy one-bedroom cottage for couples or singles close to the Suffolk heritage coastal town of Southwold. Available all year round for weeks, midweek and weekend romantic breaks. This pretty clay-pipe maker's cottage, circa 1850, which features a wood-burning stove (plus storage heaters), is tucked away in a small, quiet off-road terrace close to the water meadows on the edge of the charming unspoilt market town of Halesworth. It is approached by a short footpath from Chediston Street, where there is on street parking. The countryside is only 100 metres away and the town centre is a short stroll down the street.

A delightful place to stay

We loved this adorable cottage. It is very peaceful, just the sound of the swifts in the evening and the smell of the honeysuckle. Inside it is very bright and light. Simply decorated and with everything you need for a relaxing stay. We loved it and will definitely stay again.
