This is a great opportunity to enjoy your holidays with family and friends in a special location in Fornalutx, Mallorca. The house has terraces overlooking the village and the Tramuntana mountains and there is hardly a better place to relax and slow down from hectic everyday life. If you enjoy sports the area is ideal for walking,running or cycling. The large salt water pool on the lower terrace is favourite for both adults and children. Just 5 minutes drive to the lively town Soller with shops and restaurants and in 10 minutes you are in the nice beach of Puerto de Soller. The house is built in traditional materials and beautifully furnished, it has all modern amenities, air conditioning and heating, high speed internet, TV and iPad docking station for music and entertainment. If you are arriving by car there is a private garage for your car and also space for 2 cars outside the house.

Splendid house - great value!

We were five people spending one week in this beautiful house, located in a small, authentic mountain village, nestled high up the Tramuntana mountain range, overlooking the Sóller valley.

Fornalutx is often referred to as the ‘Prettiest village in Spain’, the stone buildings and red tiled roofs combine with the scent of the surrounding orange and lemon groves to provide a traditional rustic charm. The place is fairly quiet, with great restaurants and just a 5-10 min drive to the beach.

The house itself has all the facilities you need, and more. It is spacious and can easily fit two families. The view from the balcony is fantastic and we will remember the outside meals for a long time. Certainly planning to come back.

Beautiful place

A very nice house located in the village of Fornalutx.

Perfect for families travelling with kids, the house is spacious, clean and with stylish interior.

The centre of Fornalutx is just a 2 minute walk away, with restaurants, supermarkets and local shops/bakery etc.

Nice and clean saline pool with beautiful scenery overlooking the Tramuntana mountains combined with nice outdoor areas / terraces with barbecue as well.

Tennis, basketball and footballfield within walking distance.

Would recommend to hire a car to explore the island and sites nearby.

5 out of 5 stars, we hope to come back!

A stylish house

An amazing house in the mountains of Fornalutx. The accommodation was perfect, beautiful interior design with terrific lights. A welcome pack and bottle of wine was most appreciated as we arrived in the evening.

Floating in pool overlooked by the mountains was heaven.

Fornalutx is an incredibly beautiful town with plenty of restaurants and cafes. Once visited it is essential to return .

Beautiful house - Wonderful location

Our familly (6 persons) rented this luxery house last summer in August. We are very satisfied with both the house and the location! The house seems brand new with classy interieur and tasteful furnitures. Everything you need is in the house. Fornalutx and Port de Soller were nice suprices, especially Fornalutx only 2 min walk from the house. Nice beaches in Port the Soller. We will be back !

Amazing house, wonderful location

Peaceful, amazing house in a lovely local village, with different restaurants and local shops in walking distance from the house. Short distance from the beach, would recommend a small rental car because of a very narrow road leading up to the house.

The house itself is spacious, clean, lovely furnished and has an amazing view. Fully equipped kitchen, barbecue place and sunshine throughout the day from different outdoor seatings. Suitable for families as well as for groups of adults.

Surrounded by mountains, the location is perfect for hiking as well.

"Beautiful villa with nice swimming pool"

We spent 10 days in July in this lovely house. Two families with 3 kids and 2 teenagers. The house has an exellent location with stunning mountain view and just a few minutes walk down to the village with shops and local restaurants. The house is modern yet rustic with four big bedrooms, large kitchen and very cosy living room with TV and iPod speakers.

The house has 3 different outdoor areas: Beautiful private terrace from the master bedroom with sun beds and a breakfast table.

Large main terrace (sitting and dining area) and the pool area with sun beds, coffee table and large saltwater pool (where the kids spent many hours). Just 10min. drive to the lovely beach in Port Soller.

It was quite hot during our stay but the airconditin in the house was great. Lovely family resort and this property is ideally situated.

All in all a perfect place to stay !

Changeover Day:
Rentals normal run from Saturday to Saturday with access to the house from 4pm on the day of arrival and exit by 10:30am on the day of departure.
But we try to be flexible.

The price in summer is 3.100 GPB per week plus cleaning for the end of your stay 200 GPB.

Private salt water pool (6,5m x 3,5m) with no use of chemicals.
