Details for holiday cottage THE GRANARY A cottage for a couple, 1 Bedroom, Sleeps 3, 1 Bathroom

The Granary is set on it own with its own private drive, surrounded by fields (with horses) it is on one level so is perfect for those with limited mobility. there is a spacious bathroom with added wet room/walk in deluge shower too. As well as the king-size bed there is a sofa bed in the living room, to accommodate travelling companions who don't want to share the bedroom. There are amazing views across the valley from the sunny terrace and it is extremely well equipped with everything you would need for a peaceful stress free holiday. There is ample parking right outside the front door on a level drive. Footpaths and cycle trails are right on the doorstep.

NB The Granary does not accept pets EVER, so perfectly safe for those with allergies

I have been looking after and managing cottages for 24 years working alongside many letting agents... we moved to the farm 20 years ago and converted our farm buildings into high quality accommodation using the experience gained by many years of looking after properties for other people.

The Home Barn ....“Stunning and comfortable”

This cottage is ideal for two people who want a spacious living space a comfortable bedroom and a roomy bathroom. It is clean, warm and comfortable. We had friends over for dinner on a couple of nights and the open plan kitchen sitting room is not only spacious but also extremely atmospheric at night as much as it is in daylight. The beautiful wooden conservatory makes this place really special. The view is stunning. Julie, the owner, arranged a Christmas tree and the cottage was ideal for me and Craig. Julie, who lives next door, is very discrete yet available should any problem arise. We had a wonderful time and we would recommend this cottage to anybody.



The Granary ....“Our favourite place to escape to”

This is our second visit to The Granary and it was just as amazing as the 1st time. Julie and Alan have thought of everything to make your stay a perfect and comfortable one. A lovely cream tea and bouquet of flowers on arrival was a real treat. The cottage is surrounded by scenic countryside and is a real gem of tranquility. You can watch the wildlife in the fields from the comfort of the comfy sofas while looking out of the double doors.

As for the cottage the kitchen has everything you need and is well organised. One of my favourite parts of the cottage is the wet shower after a day out sightseeing, it was lovely to stand under the big shower head.

As The Granary is 10-15minutes walk to the train station you have easy access to Truro and Falmouth which means you can leave the car at the cottage.

We would highly recommend The Granary for its luxury, peacefulness, it's great location to go out to see the sights and the great value for money.

Many thanks to Julie and Alan for everything and we look forward to returning again in the future.

Peaceful cottage in lovely wooded grounds, ideal for dog owners. The property was fully equipped and John, the owner, was friendly and helpful. Plenty of local walks and in a central location mid way between Truro and Falmouth.

We have always been involved in farming and loved converting our buildings , which were all about to fall down. it is in a rural setting but in the middle of Cornwall for an ideal position to explore all parts with out having to travel far.
