The property has recently been refurbished to a very high standard.

The owners David and Wendy Medlin are a very friendly couple and nothing was too much trouble. Nice touch with a bottle of Wine and water in the Fridge. Apartment in a very good position. Close to many restaurants and Beach. If you don't like the sand, then there are 2 great swimming pools on site. You can swim in one and your wife/partner in the other!! Grass area to relax on. Certainly stay there again if in the area.

Lovely sunny apartment. Newly furnished very bright and the bed was very very comfortable.

The owners David & Wendy were there to greet us and their friendliness made us feel very welcome.

The apartment was perfect for us. The open plan kitchen lounge made it feel very spacious. The south facing balcony overlooked the pools. The apartment was ideally situated with bars & supermarket near by. The local bus stop into Torrevieja is just outside.

A short walk down to the beach, where there is a beach bar also a nice place to eat is the Nautilus bar & restaurant.

Just to sit on the terrace there with a jug of Sangria and watch the sea is great.

A super holiday. Would definately recommend

Fully refurbished apartment in a great location

Had a brilliant week at David and Wendy's apartment, bed was comfortable , all the appliances are brand new, all in all a really comfortable place to be. Only a five minute walk to the beach and even nearer to the restaurants and bars. We loved it.

Location

From the Owner

We live inland and though reaching the coast is easy, having our apartment within walking distance of the beach, makes an ideal alternative home, we decided to rent the apartment out as a way of sharing the great Spanish experience.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Alicante at 40 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : Nearest Golf : Campoarmor at 4 Kilometres Nearest Motorway : AP7 at 1 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : Nearest Beach : Punta Prima Car: not necessary

Coast/Beach:

All sort of water sports can be pursued in Torrevieja, including wind-surfing, sailing, and para-gliding. The town has excellent sports facilities including tennis, bowling, athletics, football and paddle.

There are literally miles of broad well maintained promenade which makes it an ideal location for walkers.

Travel:

The apartment is 50 minutes drive from Alicante airport and 30 minutes from San Javier, Murcia airport. A car may be needed if you wish to explore the area, but all amenities are within walking distance and a main bus route is just round the corner.

Distances:

You can walk to Punta Prima shops and restaurants. Torrevieja is just 5 kilometres away. The world famous salt lakes are within 15 minutes drive, where you can see the flamingos and herons, spend the day just walking around the dunes and along miles of golden sand.

Further Details:

Punta Prima restaurants have a variety of cuisines to tempt any taste, including English, German, Italian, Indian, Chinese and of course Spanish.

When you have decided to book, confirm the dates with us, a 10% deposit will be required immediately, then the full balance will be required 6 weeks before arrival. We do charge a returnable deposit for the key on arrival which will be returned to you when you leave.

Changeover Day:
We would prefer a Saturday changeover day, but we can be flexible if this day is difficult for you. Arrival time after 2pm and departure by 11 am. We can flexible on these times as well.

Notes on prices:
We have said a minimum of 7 nights, but we can be flexible on this.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.

The apartment is less than 5 minutes walk to the beach, where there is a costal walk that takes you for miles along the coast, the views across the Mediterranean are breathtaking. The apartment is close to a good variety of restaurants, bars and shops. You may wish to hire a car to explore then region, but there is so much to do do locally you really don't need to.
