Guestbook comments from the owner

We stayed here for a week in September. It was so comfortable, a real home from home. It was nice to have the little extras available like tea, coffee and even some dishwasher tablets to keep us going! The lodge is presented to a really high standard and it was lovely to have the hot tub to enjoy. The pub is literally on your doorstep and the food was good. We found the location was great for getting around to Arundul and Littlehampton which we wanted to visit. Defiantly be staying here again next year!

Excellent lodge in a great location. Owners were really helpful and accommodating. The site is nice, clean and quite. The hot tub was amazing, used it every night. A lovely holiday!

Stayed here for three nights with my family. Lovely decorated and finished lodge. Towels and linen provided. Extra special with the hot tub. Plenty of room and a great location. Good for a getaway and relaxation. Would definitely stay again.

Thankyou for a wonderful weekend in your beautiful lodge.

We loved the comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and of course the hot tub, complete with lights!

Great location on a quiet park which was perfect for us.

We hope to return!

Just right

  • 5 of 5

Arrived at the lodge which is on a nice quite well kept park, we are a group of 4 working at Goodwood members meeting over the weekend. The lodge is very nice, clean and well kept, its so nice to arrive to find coffee, tea etc all the little things provided. The park managers were very friendly and told us that they now have permission to build a wall to block out the road which runs along side but the road did not cause a problem to us. We enjoyed our weekend here, walked to the Black Horse for a nice meal and also had a nice Chinese take away from Barnham Chinese. Looking forward to our next stay.

First impression when arriving was how clean and tidy the site was and when we walked through the front door we weren't disappointed! The lodge is well layed out and well equipped. It has a real homely feel with some lovely touches i.e the fruit, basic provisions etc. The hot tub is excellent, easy to use after days out and great to relax in. the outside decking area gets the sun all afternoon and evening.

if I had to find an improvement the only thing I would say is to add a DVD player.

We all had a wonderful week and will be back again!

Great place!

  • 5 of 5

We stayed here for just 2 nights as we were visiting friends nearby for the weekend. We had our 2 year old daughter with us and had a really good experience. Everything was immaculate when we arrived, very spacious and lovely little touches such as fresh bread and a lovely coffee machine! We actually forgot we were in a lodge as it felt so homely and cosy. After a long day with a toddler, the hot tub was a welcome treat too! I'd highly recommend this and we hope to return for another trip soon.

The description of the property spot on. Ideal quiet location, near excellent beach at Littlehampton. Ideal for the grandchildren 2 and 3 years old. Property very clean and property in immaculate condition. Owner very helpful and answered all my questions. Reasonably priced, especially with all electric and gas included. Great Chinese take away/restaurant Chopsticks on beach rd Littlehampton and a brilliant fish and chip shop opposite the Chinese. Tesco within 10 minutes drive.

Wonderfully luxurious lodge...we will return!

  • 5 of 5

Beautifully located lodge on a small secluded park within walking distance to the beach. Soft thick carpets and comfy beds and sofas. We had the best holiday in the lodge enjoying the hot tub regularly whilst learning to ride bikes in the surrounding area. It had a kitchen bigger than our one at home equipped with dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Superb value and we will definitely be returning.
