Absolutely stunning, spacious and superbly well-appointed three story, four bedroom town house in the exclusive 5 star community of Marbellamar, just a few meters from Casablanca Playa, undoubtedly one of the best beaches on Marbella's prestigious Golden Mile, here you can chill out and relax or rub shoulders with the rich and famous depending on your mood.

To the east and within easy walking distance along the Paseo Maritimo (beach promenade) is the port and old town of Marbella with its' traditional bars and restaurants and to the west is the world famous Marbella Club with Puerto Banús beyond .

For those seeking active leisure pursuits there is a host of activities on offer ranging from water sports, cable ski, para-sending, wind and kite surfing, dolphin safaris and boat charters through to horse riding and of course golf which you can play on any one of the dozens of excellent courses on the coat. There is something for everybody and guests at Casa Stefania have use of the private community swimming pool and tennis court. Casa Stefania is within five hundred meters of thee of the best restaurants on the coast, there are four supermarkets within seven minutes of the property and guests are quite simply spoilt for choice when it comes to local restaurants and amenities.

The property has recently undergone extensive updating by its' new owners and the accommodation provided is elegant and luxurious. There is a superbly equipped kitchen with every conceivable facility even down to a Nespresso coffee machine! The lounge and separate dining area is comfortable and elegant with French doors that lead to a private east facing terrace with an elegant seating area and outdoor dining table and chairs. The terrace can be covered if shade is required. Also on the ground floor is the smallest bedroom with a single bed that rolls out into a double if required and an immaculate shower room (with power shower) which also serves as a guest cloakroom. Outside of the kitchen is a separate yard with utility area for washing and drying and further storage area.

On the first floor is a master bedroom with separate dressing area and superbly well-appointed bathroom with separate shower cubicle; the whole room is finished in Travertine marble. French doors lead from the Master Bedroom onto a Juliette balcony with sea views. Two other large and well decorated bedrooms on this floor (each with two single beds) share a family bathroom.

On the upper level is an enormous (70 m2) partially covered roof terrace with panoramic views to the mountains, gardens and sea; it has a w/c and an equipped bar area and BBQ, perfect for Al Fresco dining and chilling out whilst watching the sun set and rise (if you are awake that early!).

The property has 150 TV Channels in English and Swedish and included is BT Sports, Sky Movies and all the Sky Sports channels; there is also a good selection of free movies on line and a two week catch up facility. There is also a four channel inbuilt sound system piped into every room and there is fast (40mb) and free WIFI with unlimited downloads.

As one would expect with a property of this quality, there is air-conditioning. We provide a weekly maid service and linen change but for those that require a daily or more regular service or a cook/housekeeper then this can be provided for an additional charge.

The property is managed by a professional management team on behalf of the owners whose aim is to ensure that guests have the most perfect holiday. If there is anything that any of our guests need, from airport transfers or car hire, a cot or to hire a super yacht or Ferrari (or perhaps a more practical vehicle for the family) then you only have to ask - our aim is to make your holiday at Casa Stefania unforgettable!

About the Owner

We look after Casa Stefania for a lovely family who are currently living in America. They can't come to Marbella as often as they would like and so we have been asked to rent it for them to nice guests looking for something a little bit special.

We are a British family team and have had a home in Marbella since 1983 and we moved permanently to this magical town in 2004. We have a good knowledge of the coast and are happy to help guests with anything they may need to make their holiday memorable.

We booked this property at the last minute and Stephen and Karen who look after it could not have been more helpful. The property itself is really nice with comfortable modern furniture, great bathrooms and an amazingly well equipped kitchen. It has a lovely terrace downstairs and the roof terrace is really cool, a great place to chill out. Our kids loved this house, there is space outside to play, the beach is at the end of the street and it has unlimited wifi and 150 TV Channels including Sky Sports and Movies. The beach is lovely and you can walk everywhere, the big supermarket is five minutes walk away and the nearby restaurants are some of the best in Marbella. We had a great holiday and hope to be able to go back this summer.

Fantastic house in amazing location

We had the most wonderful stay in Casa del Sol, the house was spacious and comfortable and have everything you could want - a real home from home. It's a 1 minute walk from the best beach with loads of restaurants, bars and supermarkets very close by. Puerto Banus and Marbella are both a short walk away all the way along the beach. The hosts were great and really informative, they were easy to contact and looked after us really well. We will definitely be booking again for next year.

Lovely relaxing stay by the sea

Having been to Casa Stefania last year we knew what to expect and once again were delighted with the house.There were seven of us staying this time, but the accomodation with relaxing terraces and in particular the roof terrace meant that no one felt crowded. The house is beautiful, very well kept and with improvements from the previous year, re-doing the kitchen and the front terrace as well as more seating on the roof terrace.

The house is in the most fantastic position with 50 yards to the beach and the via verde from which you can walk to many restaurants, marbella and puerto banus.

Thanks again to Stephen, Karen and Emily for great management of the property.

Fabulous House and Location

Having always stayed up in the golf valley away from the beaches we were nervous as to how we would find this area. It was wonderful. The house is even more lovely than the photos show with the Master bedroom being a big hit with us, as it was lovely and spacious. Although the fourth room is small when configured as a double, it was fine and was big enough for our needs. We had booked the house mainly for 4 of us but ended up with 7 and there was still plenty of room, with no one feeling on top of each other. No small achievement with a number of different age groups. The house is very well appointed with all you would need, towels, beach towels, hairdryers etc. The welcome pack was lovely and it is a nice touch that there is other stuff there that you could use and then replace. The roof terrace was a huge hit with everyone and the downstairs outside area was great for cosy after dinner drinks and card games. The ability to walk to so many restaurants ,cafes and supermarkets as well as walking into Orange square for coffee and churros was very relaxing as we didn't have to drive everywhere. Karen and Stephen were very welcoming and helpful both on arrival and departure. It helped that we had fabulous weather and our last night at MC Beach was like holidaying in the carribean without the long haul flight!

Excellent accommodation!

Myself and 7 friends spent Easter weekend in Casa Stefania and had an absolutely amazing experience! Karen and Stephen were so kind and helpful. After having a problem with our airport transfers, Stephen kindly helped us out. (I would recommend a taxi from the airport, not much more money for less hassle!). They provided a beautiful welcome pack for our arrival, and were on hand to answer any questions we had about the house and local area.

The house itself is amazing! It comfortably sleeps 8 adults and has everything you could possibly need from beach towels and hairdryers to a fantastic in-built sound system all around the house. It has recently been refurbished and is decorated beautifully. The roof top terrace was a favourite feature for our party.

The house is situated in an ideal location; just five mins in a taxi to either Marbella centre or Puerto Banus. We frequently got a taxi to Banus in the evening which cost 10 euros. During the day you could happily walk along the Golden Mile to either town, which we did one day! The seafront is literally on your doorstep! Five minutes walk from the house you have a variety of supermarkets and restaurants; the Italian restaurant served delicious food and we had excellent service too. The neighbourhood felt very safe and secure. As a group of females we felt safe at all times, and felt like we were experiencing the real Marbella!

All in all, I/we cannot recommend Casa Stefania highly enough! It really is suitable for a group of adults or a family and I hope to be returning soon!

Our Clients bought this property because of its great location which is in the middle of the Golden Mile and only a few meters from the beach and the fact that it has wonderful accommodation. It has good sized bedrooms, nice luxurious bathrooms, a good modern kitchen, and great outdoor space. Both the lower and roof terraces are very elegant, private sunny and perfect. The property has been updated and redecorated, it is fully equipped and the owners have spared no expense or cut any corners in making this a very special place to stay.

Coast/Beach:

The best beach on the Costa del Sol (Casablanca Beach) is fifty meters from the front door of Casa Stefania.

Travel:

Casa Stefania is easy to find, it's right in the middle of the Golden Mile and all the taxi drivers know exactly where it is. A taxi from the airport is around €70 or you can take a bus to the Marbella Bus Station for around €7 and from there either a local bus or taxi. You do not need a car as the beach, shops and restaurants are all within easy walking distance and there is a bus stop 200 meters from the house.

Distances:

The beach is at the end of the street. Marbella Town and Puerto Banús are both five minutes away. There are numerous golf courses and other leisure facilities within very easy reach.

Food, Drink and Fun:

There are plenty of restaurants, shops and leisure facilities all within a five minute walk. There is a huge supermarket that sells everything within 500 meters. The nearest bar is 100 meters form the front door, and there are over a dozen restaurants, some of them excellent, within a five minute walk. The exclusive Marbella Club Hotel is 500 meters from the front door, the Puente Romano Spa resort which has some amazing restaurants is 500 meters further on. The beach at the end of the street has some wonderful chiringuitos (Beach restaurants) which serve fabulous fresh local food.. For clubbers Puerto Banús is within easy reach and only a five minute taxi ride away or you can walk to either Marbella Town or Banús along the Paseo Maritimo which is at the end of the street. There is something for everyone and all on the doorstep; you do not need to drive!
