Studio apartment (4th floor) with fantastic views of the sea, gardens and pool of the fabulous Minerva Complex. Fully equipped American style kitchen and luxury bathroom. TV and DVD is included with all the usual English channels. A ten minute walk up the hill takes you to the small town of Arroyo de la Miel where you'll find even more bars and restaurants along with supermarkets and a selection of shops. A short taxi ride or bus will take you to the picturesque old village of Benalmadena Pueblo, which its exclusive bars and restaurants. A short stroll down the hill to the beach and promenade will take you to the lovely marina or even walk a little further to the bustling resort of Torremolinos.

Coast/Beach:

Just a ten minute walk away to the beach where there is paragliding, jet skiing and water sports etc available. Boat trips and fishing trips are available from the Marina or indulge in one of the many restaurants.

Travel:

Malaga airport is a 15/20 minute taxi ride away. Car hire is not essential. Nearest train station is a ten minute walk in the village of Arroyo De La Miel.(Trains depart to Airport every 20mins.) Train from Airport to Benalmadena is 8 stops away in direction of Fuengirola, journey time 20 mins.

Distances:

Bonanza Square with its many restaurants and bars is just across the road. The award winning Benalmadena Marina and 24 hour square are approx 10-15 minutes’ walk where you will find bars, restaurants, nightclubs and shops. The village of Arroyo De La Miel with its local Tapas Bars and restaurants and Tivoli World fun park with its amazing rides is located 5-10 minute walk away. Just a short stroll down the hill from the apartment you will find the wonderful La Paloma Park.

Further Details:

The central location of the complex means you are never far from all amenities. The town of Arroyo de la Miel, Tivoli World Fun Park where you can try thrilling rides or relax by the bars whilst watching one of its many excellent shows. The Teleferico de Benalmadena or cable car will take you to the peak of Mount Calmorro, more than 800m high in about fifteen minutes, where you will have the opportunity to enjoy the most exceptional views on the Costa del Sol, exhibition of birds of prey and Spanish dressage exhibitions. Try a visit to the ice skating rink in the village to cool off and a swim in the indoor pool. Within walking distance are the railway station, supermarkets, banks, tourist information office, post office, pubs and restaurants,mobility rental, launderette and internet cafe. Across the road from the complex is Bonanza Square with its many restaurants, bars and cafes. La Paloma Park and the Selwo Dolphin Park are a ten minute stroll down the road.and the nearest golf course and the casino are 2km away. Take a bus ride to the lovely mountain villages of Benalmadena Pueblo and Mijas approximately 25 minutes away or even a train to Fuengirola. Locally run coach trips will take you on a tour of Malaga centre or as far as a day in Gibralter. Try some scenic tours in Ronda or visit the beautiful lakes at the Parque de Ardales.

Notes on accommodation: Strictly no smoking within the apartment. Hot/cold air-conditioning unit in the living room is run by a meter system at a cost of 1 euro for three hours. No more than 2 adults or 2 adults/2children to occupy apartment at one time. We welcome couples (sorry over 30's only), mature persons and families with well behaved children. No male/female groups, hen/stag parties. No pets. We reserve the right to refuse access/remove any persons who do not adhere to our requests. Outside: Garden/Pool view apartment with west facing balcony and fantastic views over the sea . The pool bar is open during high season and lifeguards will also be on duty at this time. There are well kept gardens surrounding the pool and sun beds are provided (charged locally). During mid/ low season the swimming pool may be only partially open. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bedlinen and bath towels are provided but not beach/pool towels. Apartment will be cleaned on your departure. Please note - if necessary we will apply an extra cleaning charge

Lovely apartment

I stayed here in May with my three year old.

Booking was really straightforward with Catherine. Replied straight away to messages and given phone numbers to contact if required.

The apartment is lovely. Spotlessly clean on arrival and had everything we needed. Nice to have a balcony that got the sun at the end of the day too, meaning that wet swimming things were dry before bedtime.

Whilst we were there they were painting around the pool ready for the main season. Only the two small pools were open at that time, which was fine for us. The pool bar was open by the end of the week. However, there are nowhere near enough sun loungers to go around, even in mid May when it was quiet...I expect this is far worse in high season. Definitely worth buying your own from the shop on the corner if you intend to be at the pool every day.

The apartment directly overlooks the garden area so noise from outside is not an issue. However, the landings to all the apartments are open mezzanine style across all eight floors and some evenings, there was a lot of noise from late returning guests. Fortunately my little one is a deep sleeper, so it didn't disturb her...but I would take ear plugs next time.

Supermarket right across the road is well stocked, loads of bars and restaurants close by and short walk to Paloma Park ( with great kids playground and loads of wildlife) and sea front.

Would definitely recommend and if we go back to Benalmadena would stay here again.

Brilliant!

A bright and airy apartment in a great location which is kept spotlessly clean by Mel. The apartment overlooks beautiful gardens, the pool area and also has lovely views over Paloma Park, the mountains and to the sea. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are all within close proximity. Transport links are great with taxi, bus and trains within easy reach. The apartment really is a home from home. Thankyou to Catherine and Peter for ensuring our holidays in your apartment have been perfect!

Beautiful accommodation and an amazing holiday

WOW! That was our first impression on arrival in your beautiful studio. It is so well looked after and was immaculate, everything we needed to make our holiday great – even down to cool blocks in the freezer which kept our drinks chilled by the pool! Stunning views from the balcony of some of the pool, gardens and mountains. The air conditioning was well used – great that you can ‘hold’ it when you go out and then ‘resume’ it on your return so it’s not wasted. The pool area is great – kept my son amused all day on the slides and under the bridges. Plenty bars and restaurants in Bonanza Square and Ibensa Square to keep us happy. We had an amazing holiday so a big ‘thank you’ for letting us use your studio – we will be returning next year! X

Lovely Studio Apartment

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful studio apartment. It was spotlessly clean and had all the comforts of home you would wish for, with fantastic views from the balcony and a wonderful pool complex with snack bar. There were plenty of nice bars and restaurants nearby and a well stocked supermarket just across the road. This complex is in a great location and perfect for families and couples alike. We will certainly book this apartment again, many thanks Catherine and Peter.

super value and very comfortable!!!

we've stayed in this lovely studio apartment for 14 nights. It is very clean and modern. There is one double bed and one sofa bed. Both are very comfortable. The mattress on the sofa bed is very thick (double - it is convenient for a couple).

The double bed is very comfortable too. The aircon and van is a very good combination and we had very good night sleeps even it was very hot outside. The balcony is super as you can relax there with an amazing view. The bathroom is perfect and clean. The kitchen part is really well equipped and I could cook some dish if we did not want to go out for dinner. I could recommend to families with 2 children or even 3 if the kids are young or any couple who wants to have some relaxing holiday for a very reasonable price. The apartment is on the 4th floor so the pool is close. The pool is very clean too and there are pools for children so even very young kids can enjoy. I highly recommend this studio to anyone who wants to have a lovely holiday and want to keep the cost down.

Sauber und genau wie die Bilder zeigen

Wirklich sauber und gepflegt, die Anlage macht einen guten, sicheren Eindruck. Gut ausgestattete Einrichtung sogar mit Sonnenschirm für den Strand. Zu zweit absolut okay, für mehr wäre es eng. Kleiner Balkon mit Nachmittagsonne. Nur Kochtöpfe zu klein und nichts für Kaffe kochen, Küche eher als Notlösung. Etwas hellhörig aber nachts ruhig.

Das Appartement liegt auf einem Hang, zu Fuss etwas weiter zum Strand oder Hafen. Aber es gibt alles in der nächsten Nähe: Supermarkt, Kaffees, Bars, Restaurant, Parkplätze und der Park. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, waren nicht viel im Appartement.

Changeover Day:
