Buying this beautiful apartment i Nerja is a dream come true for me and my husband. We are from Sweden and we do enjoy Spain and its lovely residents, the food, the drinks and of course the climate. 320 days of sun is hard to say no to.
We are, like we said, from Sweden. A married couple in our late forties. We have two grown up kids and we love to enjoy ourselves.

We find that Nerja is a beautiful place on earth. We fell in love with this Spanish beauty. Buying this property is a dream come true for us.
Climate is great, 320 days per year that the sun i shining.
All the nearby places to visit. Easy to fly to Malaga from home.
The apartment was modern with new kitchen,new bathroom ,smart tv and most importantly from my kids point of view it had unlimited 24/7 Wifi ! thus making our hols so much more stress free!
The terrace was South facing enabling pre dinner vino’s to slip done very pleasantly in conjunction with the fading sun!
The apartment also had some decent beach equipment thus saving cash on the purchase of sun umbrellas etc .
The apartment is located in a residential area approx 20-25 mins from Burriani Beach & similar distance to the Balcon de Europe so coming home from the town at night proved to be a little challenging especially after over indulging in the Rosada ! but the kids stated that we needed the exercise so all was not lost!
Our favourite eating place was the Jaipur Indian restaurant which does a great Tikka Massala.
Approx 10 mins from the apartment were Super Sol & Mercadona supermarkets so handy for stocking up on supplies.
The swimming pool is small more like a plunge pool but handy if you don’t want to do a repeat visit to the beach.
The owners Gert & Marie are from Sweden & have made a fantastic job of the apartments furnishings,my daughter thought it was an Ikea show house ! you cannot but admire the efficiency yet simplicity of the Ikea designs which are aplenty throughout this lovely accommodation,the queues at the Ikeas in the UK tell their own story,the Swedes get it right.
After a wonderful stay here i feel like our next holiday must be Sweden!,think of all those wonderful Swedish things.......Kopparberg,Bjorn Borg,Ulrika Johnson,Volvo,Abba and my favourite Swede of all time Thomas Brolin for his wonderful goal against England!
I would recommend this apartment as a perfect base to explore the Andalucia region as Malaga,Granada,Ronda,Cordoba & the Costa resorts are all at close hand.
The apartment was clean and tidy, very well equipped. Very comfortable. We had a lovely week and loved Nerja which had everything we wanted. The pool was smaller than we thought and there were some problems with the wifi but both the owner and the agents were really helpful in sorting the wifi. Would come back both to Nerja and to this apartment.
We had a great time in Nerja and this lovely apartment. It is perfectly clean,well decorated and cosy. From the terrace there is a wonderfull view on Nerja.
The apartment is well equipped (only disadvantage was that there was no hair dryer) and perfect for spending holidays with children. The communication with the hosts was easy and quick.We would/will return to this apartment ;-)
The title says it all and indicates what we think about this lovely apartment. We have just returned from Andalusia again, after also spending a month there at Christmas and on both occasions we have stayed for a week each time at Maria and Gert's place.
The pictures illustrate the apartment very well. It is bright, clean, well positioned with a view of the ocean and very modern throughout. Excellent kitchen that is well equipped, tasteful decoration throughout and a great terrace which we regularly used for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great wi-fi too, which was helpful as we were working during our stay(s).
The apartment is a little way out of the centre of Nerja and I would say that a car is very helpful for exploring further afield (up and down the coast, or into the Alpujarras for example). We parked at the back of the apartment rather than use the underground car park.
But there are two excellent supermarkets within walking distance and 'town' is a 25 minute walk away (and maybe a long walk back home!), with plenty to see (we watched the Holy Week festivities for example) and plenty of places to eat and drink (including Julie's Place, which does excellent vegan and veggie food).
Communication with Maria has been great and very prompt on both occasions, with nothing too much trouble for her.
All in all, if you are looking for a high quality apartment at a really decent price in a great location we would recommend. I think we'll be back!

We stayed in the apartment with our two-year-old daughter for a week over new years. We really enjoyed the apartment, which made a fantastic outpost for daily trips to Malaga, Marbella and Granada. The standard is very high and for once, the expectations we had from the nice pictures from the ad were actually met! There is a nice terrace where we spent several afternoons basking in the sun. The kitchen is very well-equipped with modern "machinery". The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are really comfortable.
We used the garage once, but had a medium-sized car and the tiny spaces in the garage made us park on the street just outside the apartment instead.
All in all, this is the perfect apartment for a 2-4 person family who want high standard to a fair price.

We hired the apartment for a short break cycling holiday - Nerja provides easy access to the vast mountains & hillsides of Andalucía.
We found the apartment a bit tricky to locate after having picked up the keys in the nearby hotel (should have watched the You Tube video). Calle Jupiter is not well signposted. A hand-drawn map with directions would have been useful.
There is a communal underground car park but the access is very tight so we chose to park in the lay-by 50 yards above the apartment entrance where there was always plenty of space.
The apartment is located in a quiet residential development above the town - about a 20 minute walk to the town centre.
Maria, the owner, is very helpful & quick to respond to all enquiries.
The apartment itself was as described, very clean, with modern fittings and a decent-sized terrace - the owners obviously take pride in their property.
Would definitely recommend the apartment and will happily return.
