Close to all amenities on the Cumbre, including restaurants, bars, pool, and supermarkets, this apartment overlooks the communal pool, from a large outside terrace, and benefits from sun for most of the day. This apartment has been well maintained, and is in a good area of this urbanization. It is an ideal holiday apartment for a small family, or couples. The Cumbre is a very popular area for holidaymakers, providing peace and quiet, but close enough to the amenities, and also the small town of Benitachell, and the holiday towns of Moraira, Javia and there 'Blue Flag' beaches. WiFi available at the pool and most of the time can be accessed from the apartment. Discount available for long lets.

Just been asked to write a review for this property, perfect is really what I would say.

4 of us, all adults, came out here for the first time as a late summer week away, the location is great for us, amenities but not stuck with noise and bustle of the towns. 5 min drive either to Moraira or Javea and plenty to do and see.



Apartment is as it says, home from home, obviously been looked after and seems over equipped if anything,



Good communication with owner, all in all first class, looking forward to going again

Apartamento muy cómodo y con todo lo necesario

El trato con Tim, muy bueno y cordial. El apartamento está bien, aunque hay dos detalles que no nos gustaron y se deberían cuidar.

En primer término la limpieza al llegar dejaba que desear (entendiendo que el dueño al ser extranjero no tiene control sobre esto), platos sucios en el escurridor, asadera del horno con restos de comida, y el salón sin barrer.

Por otra parte el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, aunque no fue necesario, ya que el apartamento es fresco.

El entorno es más que correcto, la urbanización muy tranquila, la playa más cercana es Cala Moraig.

Repetiríamos a no ser por la limpieza.

Coast/Beach:

The nearest beach is Morag, around a three min drive, you can walk but it is very steep on the return.

There are also beaches at Moraia and Javea both around 10 min drive

Travel:

Alicante and Valencia airports are easy travelling distances from the apartment and are mostly motorway driving. Alicante 80 mins and Valencia 90 mins

Distances:

You have supermarket and bars within 2 mins walk.

Moraira and Javea 10 mins by car

Calpe and Denia around 15 mins by car
