Apartment in Salhouse, North Norfolk, England - In Centre Of Norfolk Broads, Close To Norwich And In Easy Reach Of North Norfolk Coast

A self contained one bedroom apartment within my home with its own separate entrance. There is free car parking in the lay-by in front of the property. Located in the popular village of Salhouse with its own post office/village shop, pub, garden centre and hairdressers. There is a regular bus service into Norwich and Wroxham and the village railway station (about eighteen minutes walk) connects with Norwich and also the North Norfolk Coast. Salhouse Broad is about twenty minutes walk ( or seven minutes from the car park) and canoes can be hired there in the summer. A selection of games including draughts, chess, scrabble etc is available and also a pair of binoculars for guests to use on walks, bird watching etc.

Lovely apartment with plenty to do in the local area.

We got a very warm welcome from Mr Rowe and although he was there if we needed anything, he was not intrusive. The apartment was very well equipped and the location was great for our relaxing break. Canoeing, brewery tour and two great dining pubs in the area.

Comfortable property in an excellent location.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Salhouse. The property is in an excellent location for exploring The Broads. An ideal holiday let for two, clean and comfortable with all you need. The owner, Graham, was helpful and friendly but not intrusive. Very good value for money. We would happily stay again.

very comfortable apartment

Although small, the apartment has all the modern conveniences. Spotlessly clean. Beds very comfortable. Extras include welcoming fruit, biscuits, tea, coffee, milk. Great value. Would be happy to stay again.

Perfect

Lovely modern and clean. Great base for sightseeing. Everything only minutes away. Graham is welcoming and friendly. Tea coffee milk and snack left for arrival. Very nice. Special interest holidays:

Salhouse is in the centre of the Norfolk Broads and day boat hire and canoe and cycle hire are available at various locations around the Broads.

Coast/Beach:

There is a beach about 20 miles drive away at Caister and all along the Norfolk coast.

Travel:

Norwich Airport is about six miles. A car is ideal for touring around Norfolk

Distances:

Norwich is six miles, Wroxham is three miles, Great Yarmouth is sixteen miles and Cromer is about twenty five miles away.

Further Details:

Most shopping needs can be catered for in Wroxham (3miles away ) which has a bank , Post Office, Roys Department Store, restaurants pubs etc.

Changeover Day:
Change over day is Saturday for a seven night stay. Arrival should be after 4.00 PM ( luggage can be dropped off earlier by arrangement). On leaving days the accommodation should be vacated by 10.30AM .
