Villa in Binibeca, Menorca, Balearic Islands - Quiet Location 5 Minutes Walk From Bars And Restaurants And 10 Minutes Walk From The Beach

The villa has off road parking and is reached by a short flight of steps to the main entrance. Conveniently laid out on one level there is a sun room and dining area complete with music system and views south towards the inlet at Cala Torret. Through an archway and up one step leads to the lounge area with doors to the garden. There is a fully fitted kitchen that leads to a utility room. To the back of the villa, facing south are well planned garden and terraced areas, one with a brick built barbecue, food preparation area and fixed dining table and seating. Shady spots and sun traps in the garden and sun loungers can be positioned to catch sun rays or snooze in the shade. More high and low seating is available with another table that can be arranged to suit for breakfast or outdoor snacks. Along a path to the bottom of the garden, hidden from view, are steps that lead to a fantastic large swimming pool and terrace. The pool is shared by only a few adjoining villas and is genuinely under utilised. The villa has a roof terrace that looks south to the Mediterranean and overlooks Cala Torret.

A great place

A lovely, spacious and comfortable villa which has a really great outdoor patio and garden area, perfect for kids to run about in and bigger than the pictures suggest. Great outdoor table and canopy for BBQs. The pool area is very large and we had it to ourselves a lot of the time. We had such a relaxing time here, it's very peaceful, the village is all villa's - no big hotels in sight. The restaurants of Cala Torret are only 5 mins walk away, there is a cut through down some steps too. The beach is 10 mins walk away, feels less. Would recommend to families, kids DVDs there too! We would return to this villa.

Activity and Interests

Car: recommended


Binibeca beach with its safe bathing for all ages and famous beach bar is a ten minute walk away.

Cala Torret a five minute walk away is also good for snorkelling.

There is a 'road train' which goes from Binibeca to Punta Prima during the day.


Mahon airport is a fifteen minute drive away.


At Cala Torret, a five minute walk from the villa, there are bars, restaurants, a bakery, a supermarket and a PADI dive centre.

Further Details:

The local working town of Sant Lluis is less than ten minutes by car. There are numerous supermarkets, bakeries, banks, bars, restaurants, coffee shops, estate agents, a pharmacy, church, police station

  • Outside: There is a driveway at the front. In the back garden there is a large terrace equipped with chairs tables and sun loungers. There is a separate terrace equipped with a double barbecue, fixed table and seating with retractable awning. There is also a separate roof terrace with seating. Along the path to the bottom of the garden, hidden from view, are steps that lead to the large ( 16m x 6m) shared swimming pool with a large ( 6m x 5m) adjoining children's pool and gardens. Utility Room: There is an automatic washing machine and another fridge/ freezer. There is a broom cupboard containing iron and ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels ( not beach towels) and linen are included. There is a weekly maid service when linen will be changed. Other: The dining room has a table with seating for six people and a sideboard for plates, glasses for twelve people and a variety of games and pastimes. There is a music centre, CDs and plenty of books.
