This 2 floor linked villa (sleeps 4 persons) or ie., 2 adults + 3 children (1 guest bed provided + Cot). situated in les marinas, in a seclusive private & tranquil urbanisation, with communal gardens and pool, amazing mountain views & vibrant sunsets. 5 minute walk to all amenities' supermarkets + bus service to both marinas ports & Denia town, with amazing outdoor and indoor Markets on the main street' Marques Del Campo' lined with Palm trees. The Castle dating back to the 11th/12th century. The medival Old Town of Denia. Blue flag sandy beaches stretching for miles with clear meditterraen waters. Tapas bars, cafes & restaurants, catering for spanish, italian, german, dutch & english. Denia has so much to offer, it is renowned as one of the most beautiful places on the Costa Blanca North, located in Alicante between Oliva and Javea, a delightful place to spend time in, with the friendly athmosphere vibrant colourful parades, with many festivals and street festivities' which continue through the seasons, markets' outdoor and indoor' or for the walking enthusiest' cycling' mountain climbing or trecking, all kinds of water sports' fishing' daily ferry trips ie. About Anne Deely

We are Mr. & Mrs Anne & John Deely, we live in Galway, situated on the West of Ireland. We are now retired from business. We have three adult children, one Son and two Daughters, and have 8 Grandchildren between them. Two Grandsons & Six Grand daughters. Our linked villa at Les Marinas, has become the most favoured destination for our family & their & our friends. Some of whom on holidaying with John and I were so taken with Denia, they have since purchased their own holiday homes here in various areas of Denia. John & I just so love to arrive' to the peace and tranquillity of our home here, to relax in the beautiful sunshine, barbeque by evening under the glorious sunset over the mediterraen.

Met with Andrea, very pleasant lady' showed us around your beautiful house. We had our first meal down "El Barill" excellant' as Guiseppies on the street was booked out. We walked to the nearby beach four of the days, it was lovely' we so enjoyed' had coffee in a different Cafe on each day. We enjoyed walking around the Marina & the Port and really loved the tree lined main street, Marques Del Campo towards the fountain. We dined at different restaurents each night' all equally good. On the wet day we went to the La Marina Shopping centre in "Ondara". On our final night we went to the local Marin Restaurant, very enjoyable, met a nice dutch man called Gerry' who had great English, 2 doors down from Denia Nails Beauty Salon. Thanks again for offering your beautiful home in Las Marinas Denia' Hope to see you sometime in the future in Denia.

Les Marinas - The most amazing beach stretches all along the coastline by car driving north towards Oliva - 10 to 15 minutes. Or, Travelling south along the same coastline of beaches towards Les Rotas and Javea - 15 to 20 minutes to waterfront restaurants and Bars. Amazing beaches of golden sands and crystal clear waters with mountain views and wonderful skies.


Alicante Airport' 50 - 55 minutes on motorway' Valencia Airport' 60 minutes on motorway' Murcia Airport' 2hr 10 minutes on motorway' (more south - further distance). If one is to drive the scenic route from the Airports' on the N322 (it will take a lot longer). Either Valencia or Alicante airports as the property situated in Les Marinas, Denia/Alicante is equististant from both.

Denia port' Denia town (5 to 10 minutes by Bus or car) Old Town, Denia (10 mins by car) Javea 7 km. Moraira 14 km. Calpe 18 km. Althea 22 km. Benidorm 28 km. (by car or Bus).

Local Shops' souvineers' Newsagents' Supermarkets' Massimos' Lidal' Aldi. (all in close proximity to the Linked Villa, Cordel' just off Les Marinas). The La Marina shopping centre at La Marina' off Ondara which boasts a great variety of Shops + Restaurants, Tapas bars & a Cinema. The Denia Indoor and outdoor street food market' + the festival markets on Marques Del Campo featuring local art & craft from crotchet' laces' pottery' + confectionery' fruits/chutneys, a world of treats on display. (a treat for all). Just off Marques De Campo' the most amazing tree lined street which leads from the Port, to the square with the fountain,theTown Hall' the Castle + leading to the cobbled narrow streets of the Old Town. The La Marina Shopping Center at Ondara. The train ride to the (Castillo)Castle in Denia, looking ot over the sea city & backlands. Within the Castle you will find the Palau del Governador with the Museum' along with other interesting museums, the Museo Edtnologico will give you further details of the rich historly of Denia. The Fun Fair (July/August) at the Marina. Daily boat trips by the Bavarian boat to surrounding Resorts, Majorca, Ibiza, Fort de Fentuara. The Safari Park, on the road towards Pego' Horse riding' Els Poblets, (10 min drive from villa)The Bull Runs, the Bull Ring at Ondara (10 to 15 mins) Benidorm Water Park, Aqualandia. Some of the many wonderful Restaurants ie. Nova Beach Bar and Restaurant' (on beach 5 minutes from the Villa). Guiesippes Italian, (2 mins walk from Villa) Primera Linea, Les Marinas,( 5 mins drive and on the beach). La Seu Restaurant, in Old Town. The Republic, Latitude and El Bravo (three of many on the Marina) also' for the best fish and chips' Kopi. Cafe Soles' (both of which are 5 mins from the villa just off Les Marinas coastal road). On the coast road going towards the end of Les Rotas, the Mena and the Ca Nano restaurants (both looking out on the sea at the bottom of the Cliff side.(what an experience). For the Wine enthusiastic' a visit to Jalon Valley' and take in the Saturday Market and stop at the legendary Alleliua Bar and restaurant, and sample their wines, meats and cheeses, soak in the atmosphere, of song and dance. Or' take a trip from Jalon Valley towards Bernia' by the Donkey santuary' high on the top of the hill' you will find Verdi Vent Restaurant & bar' delicious home cooked food' wine & dine here while being entertained by the local musician's' The Three Amigo's (booking necessary' please google'). Make sure also, to taste some of the excellent cake and sweets from the local confectionery & baking shops. A super 'Home from home'

We were so impressed with the house, it was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Everything you could need had been thought of. The kitchen was well-equipped with pans , dishes and implements galore. The position directly next to the pool with the gate access from the garden is so convenient for an early morning dip and at that time of year was almost always deserted.

We preferred the slightly wilder and quieter Deveses beach towards El Poblets , but the nearest beach at Las Brisas was just a ten minute walk. The beach shop /supermarket there was always useful for almost anything, including English newspapers if required.

We most enjoyed our evenings eating Tapas in Denia Old Town. The town is well served with top notch restaurants right down to basic cafes and tapas bars. (not forgetting the many heladerias with so many varieties of flavoured ice cream).

Parking by the fish market in the evenings is very convenient and not too pricy. Great for an early evening stroll along the front browsing the market stalls then dinner in one of the quayside restaurants.

Supermarkets are very close and we particularly liked Consum, the fresh fish counter was superb!

We had a thoroughly relaxing time at La Giralda, so much so that we will probably be back next year!

As good as it said in the description, perfect.

The casa is just as described in the listing. Very clean and homely in what for us was a perfect location.A loverly court yard to eat breakfast then a few short steps to the very well kept garden and swimming pool,with trees to offer shade from the sun if required. we found a very pleasant beach just a few hundred yards from the property that had very tasty tappas and cool drinks plus toilets,a must away from home.lots of good local restaurants all within walking distance.

"Don Guiseppes" was particularly good with very large portions for the hungry

amongst us. we loved to walk to the local square "Las Brisas for a coffee or a glass of wine, at almost any time of day it would be buzzing with activity. The Bus stop is just a short walk from the casa and at this time of the year the busses may only run once an hour, but did keep to time. The journey into Denia was only approx. 15 mins and cost just 1.50 euro per person and well worth the trip.Denia's old quarter impressed us most and we had a number of very good evening meals in "Tappas lane", Loreto street up near the constitution Square.

The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms served us well and the kitchen was well stocked will all that one would need should the need to cook arrive. all in all is was just what the doctor orderd and we will definitely consider another holiday in this wonderful home.

Fantastic pool side holiday with our 3 young kids

We have 3 young kids (9, 6 & 3) who loved the pool. This villa has a prime location with a private gate to a lovely shady pool-side spot which must be the envy of the whole apartment complex! The grounds are beautifully maintained by the very helpful, friendly (and English speaking!) ground staff.

The apartment itself is very comfortable. Anne has been wonderful throughout, always on the end of an email with advice and she made sure we had everything you could ever need for a family holiday. We had lovely weather so the air-con was essential. Loved Anne's paintings on the wall!

This was our first holiday as a family to Spain and I'm not sure we'll go anywhere else now!

Great times!

This villa is beautifully maintained. It is situated in a peaceful, quiet small gated community just a short stroll to the nearby beach. There are plenty of local shops & restaurants to choose from. The gardens and pool area of the villa are perfect to spend the whole day and we'd often have no reason to leave at all. It's beautiful to barbecue with friends in the cool of the evening. The nearby old medieval post town offers plenty of entertainment to suit all tastes and ages. Delicious sea food more flavours of ice cream than one could need are among the favourites. We love to spend the late afternoon and evening on the local beach... The house itself has spacious bedrooms, front and back terraces, perfectly private garden area, with most importantly for us, a safe gate just a few steps from the pool... Denia itself offers loads of entertainment and variety. Lots of local Spanish eateries , modern contemporary bars and restaurants too, picturesque tree lined streets, stunning new marina, great walks, runs, beaches, shopping, scenic drives, markets...... We've visited many times and no 2 visits have been the same... We love it and the children do too... Highly recommended!

I advertise through Owners Direct/Home Away only! On a guest requesting to reserve a booking by template on the website! From then on, I act as my own Manager, guests are responded directly too by me on my by private email a/c with the payment details of their forthcoming reservation & following should they wish to book, all payments are made to me directly by bank transfer to my account.

A 30% booking deposit will apply to confirm and reserve booking. The balance to be paid in full 6 weeks prior to holiday start date + a 200 euro damage fee (to be returned to Client with 7 to 14 days following their departure date + further 150 euro fee for Meet & Greet & introduction etc., (key's handover + final clean) to be paid along with final rental balance due.

Changeover Day:
Please contact the Owner' - Preferably Saturdays' - (an extra charge of 25.00 euro can apply for late arrival!).
