Very nice apartment in residence with swimming pool 1.2km from the beach and the old town, very well located, south facing, overlooking the sea and the sea.
Located in the Residence Chaminés Brancas in the quiet area of Pateo Albufeira. The apartment was renovated in March 2017, with WiFi internet, ideal for 2 people but it can accommodate up to 4 people, studio type with 50m2 + 20m2 terrace consists of a large room, 160x200 bed, a double sofa bed, furnished and equipped kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, located in a condominium with a swimming pool, it is located on the 1st floor without elevator.
Restaurants bars nearby. Airport 30 km, leisure not far away, Bars, Restaurants, Nightclubs, Aqualand, Zoomarrine, Aventura park, quad adventure.

Lovely spacious apartment, with large balcony

We really enjoyed our stay here and the apartment is just perfect: clean, spacious and a lovely balcony with views out to sea. Bed and pillows were comfortable. There were plenty of cooking utensils including microwave, pots, pans etc, coffee maker. We had everything needed for our stay. The bathroom was very modern and clean and the shower worked perfectly with good water pressure and temperature. Check-in and check out process was very straightforward with communication via WhatsApp. There are two supermarkets close by and albufeira town is within easy walking distance. We used Bolt and Uber services for the return journey, as it is uphill on the way back from town. I would certainly stay here again. Unfortunately as we were staying in October/November the swimming pool was closed. I cannot think of anything negative to say. We stayed for a week and would certainly return.

Lovely view

Nice apartment with view but communal areas are really run down and you can sometimes smell sewage, I think it’s a mixture of rentals and locals who live there, went down to pool and there was a very large dog in bottom apartment behind a small fence so that put us off, pool wasn’t that clean it was full of bugs The apartment itself is nice a bit smaller than I expected, cleaning was ok but balcony and bbq hadn’t been cleaned Plug snapped off in bathroom sink, shower tray had a large area that felt like you was gonna fall through it like the support was missing The area is ok not as clean as where we have stayed before Couldn’t fault check in and communication The apartment had some damage to furniture and tv but they was aware of that and they did offer to come back and clean the bbq

our stay in Nabq

The property is ideal if you wish to live and experience real Egypt. We found it ideal, located close to local shopping in Nabq. We stayed for a month and would happily return again. The owner and his local agent couldnt have been more helpful. We would highly recommend this property and excellent value for money

Five star apartment for Travelodge prices

Amazing Apartment with amazing views. Everything you could want and more. Two supermarkets on your doorstep and an brilliant restaurant called O Leme salmon and fillet on the stone recommended . 15 minutes walk to the old town or 5 euro to the strip by Uber.. Will definitely be back.

Fabulous Views

When we arrived we found the entrance to the apartment stairs going down very tired & in need of a facelift painting etc . Overall we had a fabulous holiday, the apartment had spectacular views from the balcony . We purchased two beach chairs & parasol which we left for future quests . Slightly disappointed With the look of the balcony it could do with painting and outside lighting putting in we had to put a lamp outside on an evening . The outside BBQ was great we used it many times during our stay . The apartment had everything we needed only issue was the settee had a few dirty marks could do with cleaning . Also no welcome pack which we found unusual as we have rented many villas & apartments always receiving a welcome pack ? There was a fabulous Portuguese restaurant l’lemo about 100 yards away we’ll worth a visit , also there is a lovely Portuguese cafe over the road doing everything from croissants to a full English breakfast always busy . There is a small supermarket next door very good for essentials and very reasonably priced . I would definitely recommend a car when staying at this apartment as it is a good 20minute walk to the old town all down hill all uphill on your return journey not recommended in the heat . Katrina was our contact she was very helpful always getting back to us if we needed anything.
