Cala Mayor is a very nice area very closed to Palma centre and has got a wonderful beach. This apartment is ideal for holidays purposes as the building has a direct exit to access to the beach.

Nearest Airport : Palma de Mallorca (PMI) at 25 Kilometres Nearest Ferry : Puerto de Palma at 3 Kilometres Nearest Train : Estación de Palma at 6 Kilometres Nearest Motorway : M07 at 200 Metres Nearest Beach : Cala Mayor beach at 50 Metres Car: not necessary

Special interest holidays:

Cala Nova Marina and watersports situated at 500 mts distance.

There are many safe and sandy beaches to enjoy all within 5-10 minutes drive including Illetas, Bendinat, Portals, Palmanova, Santa Ponsa etc...

You can drive or go by bus within 5-10 minutes to the exclusive and well-known Puerto Portals with restaurants, bars and shops.

Coast/Beach:

Cala Mayor Beach is safe and sandy with sunshades, and a great beach bar, this is about 30 mts distance from the apartment.

Travel:

Palma and Cala Mayor are just 15 minutes from the airport (taxi cost approximately 25 €)

If you wish to explore the island, car hire and buses are available in the village. The beautiful city of Palma is just a few minutes taxi ride away.

If you wish to just relax all beaches, shops and restaurants are within a couple of minutes walk.

A security deposit of 250 Euro is payable on arrival and fully refundable providing there is no damage to the apartment.

Changeover Day:
Saturday arrive 4pm, depart 10am. But other days and times by request.
In July and August rentals are starting on Saturday and done for complete weeks.

Notes on prices:
We try to be flexible with changeover day.
Prices are for the property rental per week in Euro.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
