House situated in the middle of Playa de Las Américas. Excellent location in a quiet area. It is in a one way street with a beautiful walk way, one way takes you to Bahía del Duque and the other to the port of Los Cristianos. Located virtually in front of the sea. A 3 minutes walk to the beach and great views from our terrace which is located on the roof, just 5 minutes away from Puerto Colón.We are also 3 minutes away from all the local services, chemist, bus stop, taxi, hospital, supermarket, etc.

Super bungalow in a lovely quiet location

The bungalow was still being cleaned when we arrived so we were able to see the excellent job being done. Everything was clean and fresh.

The listing description was accurate, the location couldn't be better. While every facility needed was a few minutes away, with the excellent Mercadona supermarket within a 5 minutes walk, the villa location was so peaceful and quiet. We like to cook the local fish and there is a good variety available at the Mercadona fresh fish counter. If you don't eat in, there are numerous restaurants in the area or down on the seafront.

Outside in the lovely garden, even in January, there was sun from 10:00 to 17:00 and the sunbeds were of solid wood and didn't tip up like the plastic ones when you sit on the end. If required there is the roof terrace, for all day sun and sea and mountain views plus glorious sunsets.

The villa is well equipped for self catering, the beds are comfortable and English TV channels available.

Communication with the owner was good and the manager/agent met and explained everything to us. The management company have an office approx. 10 minutes away.

We enjoyed our holiday and would certainly recommend the accommodation to others and hope to return ourselves in the future.

Whitley Bay

Fabulous relaxing holiday

We arrived on the Friday and was met by a lovely representative who explained the workings of everything. The house itself was great, although the main bathrooms shower was a very low for an adult and to use it you needed to sit in the bath, however in the other bathroom there was a full shower. The house was clean and tidy with everything you need for a relaxing time. Outside there is a lovely sun trap with sun in December from 10.30 until 17:00 which is more than enough time for get a great tan. All in all my husband had I had a wonderful relaxing holiday with everything you need on your doorstep. Great break before the Christmas rush. Thanks.

Lovely little property

I stay in the area a lot but my usual property was gone, and this one was there to sweep me up.

Absolultely lovely, as was they agent.

Very comfortable.

The only real issue was there was only aircon in the master bedroom so the rest of the place would get very hot at times.

I'd suggest this place better for "older friends" or families. Suited us fine.

I think it is the bast place at Tenerife with the best infrastructure. All is just 3-2 minutes of walk beach, restaurants, bars, supermarket Mercadonna, bus station, car renting, taxi station, pharmacy. So you will not need to drive at all , just relax with pleasure

Activity and Interests


Situated on the sea front and only 250 metres to the beach which is cleaned daily with sunbeds and some water sports available. An attractive promenade, lined with palm trees, follows the coastline around the complex and is a very pleasant walk to both Los Cristianos or Playa de las Americas. This location is wonderful for glorious sunsets and listening to the sea.


The nearest airport is Reina Sofia (Tenerife south) which is about a 15 minute drive away. Plenty of taxis are available at the airport which will cost about 20-25 euros each way. Car hire is also available in the Arrivals area of the terminal and this can be a cheaper option if you intend to tour the island.


Everything you need is on your doorstep so car hire is not necessary.
