The villa has been individually architect designed to maximise on the panoramic sea views and all windows overlook the sea. The 180 degree views are exceptional and all our guests say that the photos cannot do it justice. The 40 sq.m. infinity pool is heated to a comfortable temperature between May and October by air source heat pump. There are steps down into the pool and the pool and pool terrace can be gated for child safety. The house was designed for outside living with several areas of sun terrace on different levels providing both sun and shade for perfect chill-out. There are 2 separate outside eating areas including a built in barbecue. Downstairs is open-plan with a large, modern kitchen, dining and seating areas. The house is well equipped with all conveniences and is used as a home for part of the year. The house is eco-friendly with solar panels and a grey water system. It is well suited to families of all ages, including toddlers, small children and teenagers, as well as groups of adults. There is a mountain path directly into Elounda, but it is only for experienced walkers. The usual route is by car in 10 minutes. Elounda is a very attractive and popular small seaside town which caters well for all ages. There are luxury hotels with world famous spas, sea-front restaurants and local village tavernas. Water sports are available from hotels and beaches between Elounda and Plaka and you can find diving, water skiing and pleasure boats. Elounda has a safe and sandy beach and there are many other attractive beaches nearby.
