This bijoux villa is situated within the domaine of the world renowned championship golf course of Pont Royal, halfway between Avignon and Aix-en-Provence. The villa itself is situated on the private domaine of 180 hectares and 2 well maintained 18 hole golf courses. Set on top of a hill in the heart of Provence, the domaine has stunning views of the Luberon. The pretty village is just a short walk with its restaurants, shops, hotel and bars. A weekly market and weekly activities occur during the high season. Adjacent is the Pierre & Vacance village which includes playgrounds, volleyball, equestrian centre, farm, tennis, mini golf, wave pool and water slides for a nominal daily charge. The provincial small town of Mallemort is a short drive away offering more shops and restaurants. The nearest beach is approx 45 minutes by car and skiing is within a 2 hour drive. Avignon and Aix en Provence are within 30 minutes. The domaine is a fabulous resort set in Provence with something for everyone – close by are numerous trails for walkers, wonderful countryside for cycling, villages to explore, gorges to raft and beaches and fishing villages. Three of France’s national parks are in the area together with five regional nature parks. Brilliant place for families

We had a wonderful holiday here. The house is perfect for a family of 4, spotlessly clean and with everything you need. Our 2 boys aged 8 and 11 loved the resort next door and we bought passes for the week so we could use the pools there every day. This is a beautiful area and there's so much to do, villages nearby are stunning. Highly recommended. Geraldine was very helpful with all the booking procedure. Thanks for everything

Activity and Interests

Car: necessary


Cassis is a 55 min drive with a pebble beach & marina. Cafes and restaurants line the sea front. Various beaches and coves lie secluded along the coast line.

The beach at Cap Couronne is approx 45 minutes away.

The world renowned Camargue wetland national park is 60 mins drive from the villa with its wild horses, pink flamingos and wildlife. Les St Maries de la Mer offers sand and shingle beaches as well as a wide variety of shops and cafes.


By Car: A7 motorway, exit at junction 26 Senas, 10km on N7 towards Aix en Provence.

By Air: Marseille approx 40 mins drive. Nimes approx 40 mins drive.

By Train: TGV stations at Avignon and Aix en Provence, approx 25 mins drive. Car hire recommended to enable you to enjoy and experience all the area has to offer.


Mallemort - 5km - supermarket, shops, restaurants, markets. Avignon - 45 km. Aix en Provence - 33 km. Chateauneuf Du Pape - 55 km. Saint Remy de Provence – 35km. Camargue, Saint Maries de la Mere, 60 mins. Nimes 60km. Gordes 40 km. Cassis 55 mins.

The leisure activities at Pierre & Vacances include outdoor pools and wave pool, children's farm, horse riding centre for all ages, boating lake, archery, tennis, bicycle hire, kids playground, nightly entertainment in high season. All of the above are subject to availability and at an extra cost. In the village there is a newsagent, wine shop, deli, Provencal food & clothes markets, souvenir shops, grocery store, ATM cash machine, tourist information centre, cafe, bar and three restaurants. 24 hour on site security. Locally there are numerous vineyards and restaurants as well as open air theatres and music festivals. Cultural outings can be organised through the tourist office including the spectacular sights of the lavender and sunflower fields.

A detailed visitor’s manual available in the villa with plenty of information, instructions for the appliances, suggestions of places to visit, walking & cycling guides and recommended restaurants. Off road parking. Free WiFi though-out the property. Outside: Decked area with outdoor table & chairs and outdoor electric grill. Swimming pool less than 100m from door and shared with other houses in the small enclave. Large P&V wave pool and other pool is a short walk away. A P&V pool pass is available for €50 per person per week or €9 per day(under 6's free) - which allows access to the wave pool, river rapids, twin tube slides and swimming lagoon. These passes can be purchased from the P&V reception in the village centre. Please Note: We are not responsible if access to these facilities is withdrawn at anytime by P&V.
