About Claire O'Connor

I live in Ireland with my 2 grown up children and our 2 dogs. I work full time but travel a lot in Europe and spend most of my holidays in Spain, where I have made many friends and have really fallen in love with the country. I hope to retire there one day. I bought this property a year ago with this in mind and have furnished it as if it were my home. It has the best of both worlds, scenic views of the ocean, tranquil surrounding but also a short drive away from the vibrant Elviria, Marbella or Fuengirola.

Lovely spacious apartment in a very peaceful spot.

The apartment was lovely and well equipped; the urbanization and gardens were beautifully maintained: nice swimming pool area. The instructions to find the apartment were clear and both the owner and the manager could not have been more helpful with the booking process, and checking in and out etc. The local restaurant had lovely food, beautiful views and Debbie was most welcoming. Overall a lovely stay in a relaxing spot. A car is a must as it is some way "up the mountain", but we knew that was the case.

Spacious and perfectly equipped apartment. Ideal place to rest and enjoy surroundings

It is a magnificent an spacious fully equipped, and clean apartament. It is situated in "El Vicario II" Urbanization, in the C / Clara Campoamor, is located in the high part, on the hills above Elviria, 15 km to Marbella and 20 to Fuengirona and very close to other interesting surrounding places. Note that it has air conditioning, excellent Wi-Fi , and accept pets ,it has communitary swimming pool never busy and parking place just in the front of the apartaments entry. Ideal for families and those who really want to rest becuse its a very calm and relaxing place with excellent climate. It's located 6 km from the A7 Málaga - Algeciras and is reached by a road on slope and with some curve. At first moment it may seem like a condicioner or handicap but, soon realize that it is not so and that it is compensated for the quality of the location. Great value for the price, also. Recommended

Beautiful beaches of Perla Blanca and Nikki Beaches are a short drive away (10 minutes)


Malaga airport is 25 minute drive by car (45 kilometres). Use of car is recommended, however regular bus services run from Malaga airport to Elviria where a short taxi drive will take you to the apartment for €13.

Cabopino port is approximately 30 minute drive by car, but there are regular bus services from Elviria.


10 minute drive to village of Elviria. 20 minute drive to Marbella Town or Fuengirola. 5 minute drive to Juan Hoffman college and El Casco Tennis Club.

Further Details:

The local village of Elviria gives access to numerous amenities, shops, restaurants and entertainment facilities including supermarkets, banks, medical facilities.
