This place is for people who enjoy being outside even in the winter,swimming,fishing,eating out,soaking up

the Spanish environment and there are many short day trips to be enjoyed.

Kids will love the pool (special shallow section),the beach and the fun fairs during the summer.There's a superb water park an hours drive away in Vera.Great local market (5 min walk) on most Wednesdays and Sundays.

There is a lift within the block and entry is gained to the complex via a telephone/buzzer system.

Beach chairs and 4 x push bikes provided.

Table and chairs for balcony as well as sun terrace including sun loungers and BBQ

Very nice apartment in convenient position. Loved Puerto de Mazarron. British tourists but still Spanish! Booked with usual ease with this web site. Owners were helpful. Definitely go again.

We had a wonderful holiday staying at Juliet and Peter's apartment. The location is great with excellent views and only a short distance from two supermarkets. The underground car parking and lift to the apartment were a bonus. The beaches, which are great for families, are all within easy reach, along with many choices of eating places. The apartment itself contained everything you needed for a relaxing holiday and was very comfortable. Although suitable for families, due to the high balcony and solarium it would not be suitable for children under 5, as stated in the property description.We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to other holiday makers and would definitely return there. Really good value for money and a little jewel in the sun!. Thanks

Excellent apartment for our winter stay!

First impressions count and this apartment more than filled our expectations as soon as we arrived. Great location, not too far from the town and seafront and situated on top of a ridge so great views facing inland to the mountains but also has a roof terrace with views to the sea in two directions. Really liked the roof terrace/solarium as it provided a large, private, sheltered space to catch the morning sun, even in our 'winter' stay! We were shown in by Steve, the on-site keyholder, and he was very helpful and friendly and explained everything. The apartments are gated and have secure underground parking and storage so for a lot of the time we just forgot about the car. The apartment itself was lovely and had everything we needed and much much more. We recommend it highly and I would also say that our dealings with the UK owners, Pete & Juliet, was a pleasure.

Puerto de Mazarron is a relatively quiet port (well in winter anyway!) and yet has plenty of great places to eat or just sit and drink coffee, especially by the marina. We really enjoyed the place and could have easily stayed longer.

We bought the property in this location to enjoy the year round sunshine and friendly relaxed family atmosphere of a genuine Spanish holiday destination.

Activity and Interests

Coast/Beach:

Many beaches between 5 and 30 minutes by car,some 10 min walk.

All beaches are suitable for families and small children if properly supervised.

Distances:

Shops 5 min walk,marina and restaurants 10 min walk.

Further Details:

Our keyholders are Scottish and live in the same block.they will meet you on arrival and show you around.

They will also help with any problems or questions you may have.

They can also provide transport for an additional cost including airport transfers.
