The villa is finished with all the details, with large windows in all rooms throughout the house looking at the sea, decorated with white curtains and a fresh and relaxing Majorcan furniture. Inside the house dominates the traditional solid wood items and terracotta floors that keep the house cool. Due to its location, the villa always enjoys the fresh sea breeze and is designed to be comfortable, nice and cosy.

About Antonia Rullan Alcover

This is Antonia, my grandparents are the owners of this house, which has been in the family for few generations. All my family are native from Mallorca, and we have been living in Soller all life. We know the best places, hiking through the mountains and the most beautiful and unspoiled beaches of the north coast , so the house always has information leaflets and my personal contact to advise visitors to enjoy both the island like a local.

My parents bought this property because is located in one of the best areas of the North Coast of Mallorca. The village of Deia is unique for its discretion and integration in the nature. It's an excellent place for relax and disconnect from daily routines, but is easy connected with the center of the village and close to Soller, the bigger town next to that offers everything you need to entertain the vacations. This house has a stunning view over the sea, so is always a pleasure to seat down at the terrace and only enjoy the Mediterranean.

Driving just 5 minuts you find the beach of Cala Deia, a unique and special place for its natural beauty and turquoise waters. An ideal cove for snorkeling. "Villa Ca's Puers" has a kayak on the beach that can be used when desired. Also, 15 minutes driving you arrive at Port of Soller, the largest marina on the north coast of Mallorca where there are companies for boat rentals and boat trips along the coast.

Travel:

Aeropuerto de Palma de Mallorca, 07611 Palma de Mallorca, 38 minutes far by car from Deia. We recommend to rent a car o contact with us for local taxis.

Distances:

5 minutes by car from the village, 5 minutes by car from the beach of Cala Deia, 15 minutes by car from Soller (nearest city), 35 minutes by car from Palma de Mallorca (capital city).

All the terrace overlooking the sea and has several areas for each moment of the day. The pool with waterfall edge, solarium and a relaxation area with a large sofa. Is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the essence of Mallorca, the sun and the beautiful scenery. Part of this terrace is also covered with a pergola for sun protection. In front of the house there is also a great ideal for evening dining or breakfast in the morning with the blue sea at the back. There is also a barbecue. Utility Room: Internet WIFI, Satellite TV, CD and DVD, Central Heater, Fans. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included. The property is cleaned and towels and linen are changed twice a week.
