Peaceful, sunny plot with patio furniture and BBQ giving you the option of staying, relaxing on the plot or visiting the nearby, sandy beach. Alternatively, enjoy the indoor and outdoor swimming pools with kiddies splash pool, smaller pools and water chute pool. The site has a bar, restaurant, shop, take away food and activities such as football/ basketball court, cycle hire, table tennis, etc. Sleeps up to 8 persons. Excellent cycling within the area due to the numerous cycle paths through the pine woods and sand dunes along the coast providing access to the nearby towns.

Activity and Interests
Special interest holidays:
Sailing, golf, sand yachting, wind surfing, bird watching all available in the area. Also theme parks, water parks, go-karting, safari park, zoo, fishing, riding stables, kite flying, Quad bikes etc. Excellent cycle paths through the pine woods and sand dunes.
800 metres to the lovely, sandy beach. The beach is accessed via a short walk through the pine woods and alternatively plenty of parking at beaches. Miles of sandy beaches allow for a lovely stroll or for a distance walk in to Saint-Jean-de-Monts. Lifeguard surveillance in peak season at certain points. Also many other beaches within easy driving distance especially on the Ile Normutier, a short drive North.
Easy travel mainly motorway from all Channel ports. St Malo, Caen, Cherbourg, Boulogne, Calais and Dunkirk. Cheapest ferries to Calais.
Air travel from several U.K. airports to Nantes approx. 50 miles from site with car hire facilities. (always book with a credit card not a debit card). La Rochelle airport is 2 hours away.
Calais 470 miles, St Malo 150 miles. Nantes 50 miles.
Supermarkets and restaurants in Saint-Jean-de-Monts. Various French markets in the local towns - the camp office can provide the days and location of these. Local salt produced nearby.
Much to do within the area such as go karts, canoeing, cycling, horse riding, many more.

A verbal booking will be held for a few days. return the completed booking form with a 25% deposit and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to the start date of the holiday.
Change over is normally Saturday. However, there may be some flexibility outside of the school holidays.
Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds for the whole home and are rental rates only. Key & Security deposit is £200 / tourist tax 85p per day for any guest aged 13 years and over. Contact us for full range of prices for the 2015 season and payment details.
Note: Key & Security deposit is by cheque sent to us, we will not cash this and will return it upon satisfactory report from the hosts after your stay.
10% deposit upon booking. Remainder 6 weeks before holiday is due to commence,
