High standard villa very close to the village.

Well equipped kitchen, dining room and living room all with beautiful view and access to the terrace through sliding doors. 4 bedrooms, sleeps 8. 3 bathrooms.

Direct access to the beautiful garden and the pool from all bedrooms. Large, secluded pool. Beautiful view from southfaced, spacious terrace where you will find a large dining table, a comfortable sofa as well as a fireplace / BBQ.

Elevated location with short walking distance to the heart of Seillans, one of the prettiest villages in France. Seillans and the area around, is known for hosting many artists and cultural events. In the village there are also several very good restaurants, a grocery store and bakery, all within a pleasant short walk of 5 min.

We've spent a lovely time in this house with our children. House is beautifully situated on the hill with a nice view. Very close to the restaurants. It is quiet and spacious. The pool and grilling space on the terrace served us well. The owners are very helpful with hints for local attractions and restaurants. Great vacations. Definitely recommend.

Stunning property in a beautiful in village

We were two families of four holidaying together. This property was perfect for this number of people, there was enough space to have our privacy. The property was immaculate and the views are stunning. The children loved the garden and the pool and we appreciated all the inflatables left for us to use. It was a nice wander down to the boulangerie every for morning for our croissants.

Lac St Cassien (swimming/sailing etc.) 16kms. St Tropez & Cannes 40km.


Nice Airport, circa 70km. Car rental is recommended. 50 minutes drive from the airport.


400 meters to the heart of the village, Seillans. The hilltop market town of Fayence (and its famous gliding centre) is ca 4km, the Gorge de Verdon (white water rapids etc.) ca 50km.

Further Details:

10 min from the well-known Fayence Aerodrome, International Gliding Centre of Europe, where you can have gliding initiation lesson and 1/2 hour flight.

10 min drive from Marché Paysans in Tourrettes, local farmers market, open every day of the week in the summer.

Saint-Cassien Lake (lots of watersports available) is 15 min drive.

St-Cezaire is 40 min away, with amazing views, caves and rock climbing.

Spectacular Verdon Gorges (Lac de Sainte-Croix, Moustiers Sainte-Marie, Rougon, La Palud-sur-Verdon, Point Sublime, Couloir Samson) are less 1 1/4 h distant (walking, kayaking, climbing and white water rafting)

Beautiful village of Saint-Tropez and famous sandy beaches of Ramatuelle are 1 1/2 h drive. In July and August we strongly recommend to go there by Ferry boat from Sainte-Maxime (30 min sea trip)

About 30 local producers in the immediate area (Olive oil, cheese, wine, honey, fruits and vegetables, flowers, delicatessen,...)

Supermarkets within easy reach (5 min), weekly market in Seillans.
