3 bedroom, 2 bathroom in peaceful location, 2 minute walk To Village Centre and 20 minute drive to Beach

The villa has been recently refurbished into a bright, modern home with beautiful open views of the Esterel National Park. The gardens, terraces and pool are all professionally maintained, with shaded and sunny outdoor dining options on the different terraces. There are individual air conditioning units in every room.

There is a secure electric gate with parking for two cars including the garage.

The village centre is close by, where live music and fetes can be enjoyed throughout the year. It has a cobbled pedestrian main street with outside dining at the brasserie and pizzeria. Shops include a small supermarket, boulangerie, butchers, post office and tourist office. Les Adrets is nestled in the stunning Esterel National Park. There are walking and cycling trails from the village into the park and it is possible to walk through the park all the way to the coast. Nice airport is a 40 minute drive away and Cannes and the beach can be reached 20 minutes. There is also a large lake (Lac St Cassien) which is a 10 minute drive away. The lake has paddle-board and pedalo rental as well as bars and restaurants on the shore-side

This is a wonderful villa in a great location , lovely pool for the kids and alot of nearby activies means you are never bored. Would recommend this villa very highly and woudl not hesitate in re-booking

Fantastic Holiday

Highly recommended and you will not be disappointed! This is a fantastic, spacious and well equipped home from home villa. It has everything you need including a pool. It is literally 5 minutes walk from a small village with a few essential shops, for more shopping you will need a car to get to larger towns within 20 minutes drive. The owner James Miller is very easy to deal with and flexible who wants to ensure that you have a great time, thanks for everything. John G.

Lovely, relaxing stay in a first-class villa

Just back from a fantastic holiday spending two weeks in this lovely villa with our four children. Everything was well organised from the booking, directions from the airport, being met in the village and being shown around the villa. The villa has all that you need for a most relaxing stay. It is ideally situated, within an hour from Nice airport, just off the main A8 autoroute and a good base to explore the coastal or inland areas of the region. The villa itself is spacious enough for our family of six and has all the mod-cons with air-con and good wifi connections being a welcome necessity for our family! It is tastefully decorated and furnished. We spent a lot of time outside by the pool which is totally private and enjoying the expansive views. Highly recommended.

Beautiful villa with amazing views!

We had a great week in Les Adrets with our two children. The villa is lovely and beautifully decorated. Lots to explore with short drives to Cannes, St Raphael and Frejus on the coast. The views from the villa over l’Esterel national park are stunning and a great back drop for a barbecue on the terrace! Les Adrets itself has a nice vibe about it and great to have a boloungerie, supermarket and butcher at hand. We didn’t get to try the restaurant but it looked nice. We will be back…

Home away from home

Highly recommend a stay at this beautiful villa! Outstanding views and a few steps away from a really quaint village. We enjoyed our trip to the local butchers, patisserie and grocery store (casino) in the morning. The people in the village are really friendly and welcoming. The villa has everything you need and is really homely. The highlight for us was the pool area, we spent most of our time relaxing on the comfortable sun loungers and admiring the views!!
