This Modern ground floor apartment is set in the quiet residential area of LLenaire Puerto pollensa just 200 meters from the beaches and a short 15 minute walk along the beachfront to the centre of town where you will find a large variety of restaurants, shops and bars that suit every taste and pallet. The apartment itself consists of 2 bedrooms( 2 double beds ) , 1 bathroom, living and dining area, kitchen, front patio with table & chairs and large terraces alongside the apartment with a private pool. The fully fitted kitchen also has microwave, washing machine, coffee machine or kettle. The private pool is surrounded by stone flooring, sun beds and terrace with table & chairs great for relaxing and soaking in the summer heat and warm nights. THIS APARTMENT HAS NEVER BEEN RENTED OUT BEFORE AND THIS IS THE REASON FOR NO REVIEWS. Lovely Apartment, Great Holiday

We had a lovely stay in this apartment for 1 week. There was just me and my husband so there was plenty of room for us. The booking and key collection from JS Properties was simple and easy to do and they gave us an excellent info pack. The bathroom is a bit small and would not be great for small kids as there is no bath but great for adults. Only a short walk to the beach and about 20mins walk to the Port so we were able to walk everywhere and enjoy the nightlife but come back to a quiet area to rest and relax. Would recommend this apartment and would stay there again.
