There is a wide range of shops, recreational and sporting facilities close to hand as well as free bus services to Siam Mall & Siam Park. Easy access to the beach an close to Puerto Colon, which is the South´s main port for boat trips.

What makes this apartment unique

The complex is ideally situated on the seafront .5mins walk to beach.the apartment has one of the best positions on the complex and overlooks pool and out to sea.it has its own private roof terrace with sun all day.

2 minutes walk to Fanabe beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Playa Fanabe beach is wide and sandy, and well served by beach bars, restaurant and water-sports facilities. Near by Torviscas beach is a 10 minute walk and the luxury resort and beach at Bahia del Duque is only 10 minutes walk away.

Distances:

Playa Fanabe on the Costa Adeje in southern Tenerife is a laid back resort located 3 kilometres from the island’s leading holiday hotspot, Playa de las Americas. A couple of kilometres west is La Caleta resort and beach, the luxury resort of Bahia del Duque is only 10 minutes walk away and Playa los Cristianos is on the same stretch of coast and easily accessible by car. Tenerife’s capital Santa Cruz is in the north a 45 minute drive away.

Lovely apartment, fantastic views & location

Had a fantastic 10 night stay at this lovely apartment. Excellent location, with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars right on your doorstep. There is a lovely beach about 2 mins away and plenty more beaches within walking distance. The apartment is located on a nice clean complex, with a lovely swimming pool and poolside bar. The apartment itself has everthing you need, microwave, oven, TV, etc. There is a nice balcony overlooking the pool which is perfect for just relaxing and watching the world go by. There are outside stairs on the balcony which lead up to a really nice size roof terrace. The 360 degree views from here are spectacular and a perfect to unwind and top up your tan. The owner of the apartment (Lynn) is a lovely lady and I found her very warm and friendly. If you are not happy with anything at the apartment she will go out of her way to put it right (within reason of course). Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this apartment and look forward to booking again for next year.

Fantastic

Was met by lynn on arrival and was told everything we needed to no appartment was clean n towels provided for whole of our stay .english tv was a bonus as didnt go out everynight .plenty of shops,bars and places to eat a fantastic beach 2 mins walk away .absolutely fantastic views off rooftop terrace which you get to off balcony will definatly be recommending to family and friends cannot wait to go back thx lynn xx

Amazing apartment Fanabe

Myself, my husband and our two children stayed in this amazing apartment for 2 weeks in August and I can not think of one complaint. Firstly, as soon as you open the door, you are hit with the most fantastic view ever, just wow!!! Patio doors open on the a large balcony overlooking the gorgeous pool. Upstairs is the largest roof terrace I have ever seen, with 4 sunbeds, sun from dawn to dusk and again, views that you would never ever get tired of.

The apartment itself has absolutely everything to make your stay perfect and was spotlessly clean. The apartment is a good size, plenty room for four of us (2 adults, teenager and 7 year old), plenty of dishes, cutlery, iron and ironing board and even a washing machine which was great for freshening up beach towels etc...

We have stayed at three different properties with the same owner, all of which are fab but have to admit this is definitely my absolute favorite and ca not wait to go back again next year.

Tired

Stayed on los olives in Feb so decided to return there again this Sept as it worked out slightly cheaper going direct to privately owned, the property was clean however there was issues, all the bulbs we dead in the lounge so no light, the hot water was off, we had free wifi before so we asked at reception but once they realised we were in private accommodation they had no interest in us and just shrugged their shoulders (nice). We were pleased to see a roof terrace but the bed cusions were in such a bad state as they've obviously have never been taken in so we never used those but the biggest disappointment between the two was no air con which made the night unbearable we were supplied with a 9"fan.

I'd just like to say the apartment has potential to be a great stay but it does need some time and money spent on it.

Owner's Response: I am sorry with these guests had these issues.they stayed in my apartment 4 days .in my apartment i leave guests information sheet with my number incase of any problems to call me had they called me i would have replaced any bulbs that were not working .i do leave spare bulbs in cupboard.the covers on sunbed on roofterrace are left on to protect the beds from sun or other elements .you can use towels provided to cover the covers or simply remove them .when the apt is empty we turn off water heater to conserve energy you just switch it on to heat water.i do not advertise my apartment to have aircon .if i did have aircon i would have to increase my prices which is considerably cheaper than booking direct with complex as they only provide air con in their superior rooms which cost more .i do provide extras such as washing machine which clients Who are staying longer do appreciate .had the client contacted myself i would have contacted reception for wifi code which does change weekly otherwise i would be able to leave on my information sheet.i hope future guests will read my other guests reviews and make their own minds up regarding the issues on this review.i live close by site and i am contacatable at all times .i was not contacted by this guest..regards the owner
