The villa is situated in the lush and green area of Elviria, which lies 10 kms. east of the centre of Marbella. The villa is to be found 800 m. from a shopping mall, various good restaurants, public transport, a bank, and the blue flagged beach of Elviria, with a.o. the famous lounge club “Nikki Beach”.

Nearby the beautiful harbour of Cabopino with its many restaurants.

The villa enjoys seaviews. On a clear day you can see Gibraltar and the African coastline. The distance to the airport of Malaga is 35 km (a 30 min. drive)
