Why Sharen Cain chose Kent

We fell in love with this flat when we viewed it. The lovely character of the whole building, coupled with the lovely light and airy feel inside is perfect.

The large living space along with the versatile sleeping options means it is ideal for us to offer holidays.

Picturing myself sitting with a good book in the bay window, glancing out at the sea. Escape life for a while!

I'm also looking forward to ordering a takeaway delivery and walking to pubs and restaurants, as we cannot do either where we live.

What makes this apartment unique

so convenient for town centre amenities of Herne Bay. Plenty of pubs and restaurants, as well as cinema and pool within 10 minutes walk. Herne Bay offers an abundance of independent cafes and shops.

Good, Clean and interesting flat.

We stayed in the flat for about 2 nights and it was enjoyable.

Parking in the back for 1 car, there are some space on the road for road side parking too.

The 2 bedrooms in the flat are veryspacious, one attached bathrooms, the one with 4 beds. It was very comfortable.

The living room and kitchen was not that spacious but comfortable. due to big windows good light in the rooms.

The TV alone is very small, since we spent time with the kids, having a small TV was not that interesting.

Otherwise we had a nice experience on the flat.

Lovely spacious apartment in excellent location

This is a great place for easy access to Whitstable, Canterbury and London..and of course Herne Bay. Very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Sharen was very accommodating when I booked last moment. The Christmas tree was a very nice touch. Already booked another break here.

Lovely flat in good location

The flat is well furnished and very clean. We had plenty of space for the 7 of us. Be warned if you are using the sofa bed that there is a lot of road noise. I'm sure it would be fine if you were used to it but I can't hear any roads from my bed so it kept me awake. Bus stops and shops are very close.

The Good Intent Rochester Book Club Ladies on Tour 6th/7th October 2016

We're not quite sure about the star rating mullarkey, for us it was perfect. The property is easy to find, easy to access and a short walk from the beach and high street. We were looking for reasonably priced self catering accommodation for 6 adults on 1 overnight stay, which, strangely enough is quite difficult to find. The flat far exceeded our expectations. HUGE space, light, airy, spotlessly clean, well equipped and incredibly comfortable. Just what we were looking for. Good information folder giving you ideas or where to go, what to do, where to eat, takeaways, pubs etc. So we took a stroll along the front looking for somewhere to discuss our book over lunch. Wandered into The Ship, the kitchen had just closed, however, the lovely Hayley behind the bar asked if chef would be happy to do something for us. So glad he did. Great customer service, good menu, well presented tasty food, then ready for another stroll and then back. The sunset was spectacular from the lounge/diner. The flat is at the top of the building, but the more mature amongst us, with breathing difficulties, just took it steady and was fine, good way to wear the kids out though! There has already been a lot of interest amongst our friends and families and rightly so.

We will be back

Herne Bay offers an abundance of independent shops,cafes, bars and restaurants. there is a new cinema and pool complex within 10 minutes walk.

The choice of eateries and takeaways within very short distance is huge.
