Modernised 3 bedroom mid terraced Victoria townhouse in the heart of West Cowes. Split over 3 floors, 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6), open plan kitchen dinner, reception room, two terraces and sea views. The house is situated close to the Red Jet fast ferry to Southampton and a short drive from East Cowes car ferry across chain ferry. It is a 2 minute walk to Northwood Park and also 2 minutes walk to the shops, bars and restaurants in Cowes. The sailing clubs are also in easy walking distance. Cowes green and beach are just a 7 minute walk away, where you can watch the yachts and liners go by. Ideal for families, couples or groups of friends. It's a great base if you want to relax in Cowes or to explore the island. Perfect for the Isle of Wight Festival and Bestival as the buses run at the end of the road.

About Sandy Brann

Had holiday home on Island for over 30 years, our children always loved their holidays on the Isle of Wight and we enjoyed life here beaches, cafes, bars and the people. When all the children had flown the nest we decided to move here and bought the house next door for our children with their children to enjoy. Now they are buying their own houses in Cowes so we can now let ours out to you. Now have bought Granville Road for more of you to enjoy.

Notes on accommodation: The accommodation is ideal for a family on holiday, a couples break or for a crew. Outside: Outside there is decking and steps leading down to the garden.There is also a side alley leading to the garden. There are outside table and chairs. Utility Room: In the utility room there is a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also room to hang up wet clothes. Iron and ironing board are stored in the cupboard. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bed linen and towels are included and changed on changeover day. Beach towels are not included. Other: The kitchen has a dining area with table and 6 chairs.

Amazing house and location!

The owner made this house feel like home.

The house is very clean, smells lovely and it has absolutely everything you need, superb kitchen, cosy living room, comfy bedrooms, sparkly bathrooms, utility room with washing machine, dryier, toys, games and much more.

The owner is so kind and welcoming.

We highly recommend this place!

Centrally situated.

We stayed here because it was the half way point in our Ultra Challenge, a 106km walk around the island for charity. Sandy is very accommodating and answered all our questions. Welcome pack appreciated, thank you. House is clean and tidy and sleeps 6 easily. Plenty of kitchen appliances and associated pans, crockery and cutlery. Sandy even sorted our rubbish for recycling! Would certainly recommend if you want a place in Cowes.

The pictures don't really do the house justice. It was spacious for our family of six and in a great location for exploring Cowes town centre and the rest of the island. We all hope to return sometime.

Very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Beds excellent. Very easy and short walk into town and v useful M&S food store just round the corner. Welcome pack was just what we needed. Terrific outside space for fine weather eating and parking easy. I highly recommend it to anyone with or without children.

Ideal for family holidays and for the Isle of Wight Festival and Bestival.


10 minutes walk to Cowes seafront. 20 mins walk to Gurnard with its beach, children's play area and beach cafe.

All the Isle of Wight beaches are within easy driving distance.


The nearest car ferry is at East Cowes which is 15 mins drive via chain ferry. For foot passengers the high Speed service from Southampton to Cowes is a 5 minute walk away.


The main town in the Isle of Wight is Newport which is 10-15 minute drive by car.
