Villa in La Manga Club, Los Molinos, Costa Calida / Murcia, Spain
This pretty two bedroom villa is set over three floors with the living accommodation on the middle floor, two bedrooms (one en-suite) and a bathroom on the lower floor and a roof terrace with stunning views on the top floor. You enter the property into a light and airy lounge/dining area, this floor is also home to a new, well equipped kitchen and a terrace with a large Webber gas BBQ (which is accessed from patio doors in the lounge). This floor has a large screen TV, DVD player and Bose speakers for use with an iPod and gas fire ( glass fronted, log effect convection heater). Downstairs are two bedrooms of which one is en-suite and a family bathroom. To the front of the property is a large patio with table and chairs. The off road parking area is available off the front terrace with easy access. The villa has air-conditioning throughout and access to Wi-Fi (please note an additional charge applies for the Wi-Fi). The villa has a washing machine in the family bathroom and drying rack is provided on the roof terrace. The villa is located in the popular location of Los Molinos, La Manga Club. Los Molinos otherwise known as “The Windmills” is set on a gentle hillside and this charming development is home to a large residents-only swimming pool, toddlers' pool, poolside bar and restaurant (the bar and restaurant are open between April and October). The properties in Los Molinos are traditional and set in well maintained gardens with two white windmills as a main feature. The nearest beach is approximately one mile away and the main shops, bars and restaurants are within walking distance. Los Molinos is a lovely, quaint development and is an excellent holiday destination for families or friends alike.

The Villa is very well equipped, dishwasher wifi and British TV for us to enjoy Wimbledon its in a nice location, a short walk to the pool shops and restaurants.
Highly recommended, looking forward to our next stay.
We stayed here for a week. Husband and and I and our little boy who turned 4 years old during our stay. Loved the villa and location close to shops, restaurants and most importantly for our little boy- the pool. He loved the big Los Molinos pool and the kids pool. I loved the shops and we all enjoyed the local restaurants. Villa is great, lovely big patio and barbecue area. Had a great stay. Will be back next year.
Fantastic villa in a wonderful location
The villa is superb, well equipped, easy to access with a great patio and sun terrace. The children loved the villa and the Los Molinos pool. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could need and the La Manga TV and wifi helped keep the kids entertained. We all thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in this villa in Los Molinos and will be returning soon.

La Manga Club is home to one of the best tennis centres in Europe. It boasts 28 courts (most are floodlit), with a choice of surfaces. The excellent Tennis Academy has fully qualified coaches who teach courses or individual lessons for adults and children of all abilities. The tennis centre also hosts a squash court, gym and the facility to play bowls. Please note that the villa has Residents' Rates (up to a 50% discount) which apply for up to four people when using some of the sports facilities on La Manga Club.
Other activities available on La Manga Club include a kids club (0-12 years), dancing, horse riding, cricket, rugby, football and mountain biking. Water sports are available nearby.
There is also a luxurious spa at La Manga Club which boasts a 25 metre indoor pool, sauna and jacuzzi along with a range of beauty treatments.
The nearest beach (La Cala) is less than a mile away (the terrain is steep and therefore travel by car is recommended). There are lots of beaches in the local area including the beautiful, long, sandy beaches at Calblanque (10 mins drive) and further beaches along La Manga Strip.
La Manga Club is serviced by airlines that fly into both Murcia (San Javier) and Alicante airports. Murcia (San Javier) airport is a 30 minute drive away and Alicante airport is just over an hours drive away.
While a lot of visitors never feel the need to leave La Manga Club, there are lots of places to visit should you decide to have a change of scenery. In the villa you will find a book full of information about local places of interest. This includes the village of Los Belones which is approximately 5-10 minutes by car and has a selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The town of Cartagena is a short drive away as is the charming fishing villa of Cabo de Palos.

A 10 % deposit is required to secure the booking of this property. The balance is then due 10 weeks prior to departure, you will be contacted when this is due. A breakage deposit 0f £150 is also required; this will be returned to you after your stay if there has been no damage to the property. Once the balance has been paid directions to the villa will be provided along with details of how to access the key to the property.
Changeover days are flexible, please contact us for further information. We offer a minimum rent of four nights. Accommodation can be accessed from 4pm on your arrival day and we ask that you vacate by 10am on your departure day.
Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per week, in Pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of air-conditioning, linen, towels and cleaning of the property after your stay. If your booking is longer than 10-days a mid-stay laundry change is included in the price. The property is managed by a local company who along with cleaning and maintenance provide a 24-hour emergency call-out service. Additional services such as cot hire, pre-stay shopping and airport-transfers can be provided at an additional cost.
