Colorful 100sqm apartment distributed in 3 bedrooms (1 double bed + 4 single beds) , 2 complete bathrooms, a living area, a kitchen and a pleasant 50sqm terrace with garden furniture to enjoy the Mediterranean weather.

This apartment comes with WIFI, TV, DVD player, stereo, air conditioning/heating, washing machine, iron, tumble dryer, freezer, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster,coffee maker, hair dryer...

Baby cot is also available for free under request.

Located in Poble Nou quarter ("New Town" in English), with many restaurants, shops, bakeries, supermarkets, cafés ... in the surroundings!

Next to the metro station L4 (the yellow one) from where you can reach Gothic and Borne areas in 5 minutes, or Passeo de Gracia and Sagrada Familia in 10 minutes!

The perfect option to stay with friends or family in Barcelona city and enjoy the beach!

To ensure your stay is asked a down payment by credit card, Paypal or bank transfer. The balance is paid on arrival.

Please note: City tax not included in the price (0.72€ person/night over 16 years old)

A refundable damage deposit of 400€ is asked on arrival and refunded upon the departure.

*The regeneration of the area is making many parts of it quite beautiful, with green open spaces, parks, etc… If you have a family, or are adverse to the concrete jungle that is the old city, you can rejoice in Poblenou’s laid-back sunny disposition.

Staying in Poblenou is a great option, because you can enjoy all the benefits of a quiet neighborhood when you need a break, visit the beach, and still benefit from being close to the city centre.

Nice spacious apartment in a good location near some very nice restaurants and near the metro station and the beach. The two bathrooms are a plus. Hosts were very helpful and guided us to awesome food and things to do. Definitely recommend!

we enjoy our stay!

Me and my Friends went to this place for 3 nights. We very much enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is very nice with many nice bars and restaurants. The house was really nice and clean. It was well-equipped and very bright and spacious. Also, the house was only 5 minutes walking to the beach. The staff was very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend the place!

Perfect location, flat is just like on the pictures.Terrace is really nice too. Ideal. Host arrived on time to welcome us at the apartment, gave us the keys and instructions about the flat. I would recommend this flat to anyone who is planning to visit Barcelona.
